The cottage consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and an additional single bed. Living room with TV, air conditioner in sleeping area and mosquito nets. Washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. Outside: large table, outdoor shower, barbecue, sun loungers and large umbrella.

Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
