Vincenzo is a really nice host, all the informations he gives are useful and very clear. The apartment is amazing: everything is clean and the decoration is sophisticated. The garden is quite nice, with everything you need. The city centre is accessible by walk. We highly recommend!

The home was beautiful. Had everything we wanted. Great kitchen and very close to the supermarket Sassi very close too. Once we parked our car and checked in, everything was within walking distance. Eleanora’s husband Dario helped with confirming the car park we found was free. Eleanora was very responsive to questions. Would love to stay again.

Arrived after car rental adventures, we enjoyed the entrance to Luciana's large apartment, very clean and comfortable. Fresh water on arrival, enough to make a good coffee and all the essentials to cook. Impeccable bedding, the only problem for us was the lack of shutters. No luck, a noisy construction site served as an alarm clock at 6 a.m. Charming host.

We had great time in this beautiful house in lovely historical part of Irsina. The house and the views were much more than we expected. Loved the roof terrace and amazing views towards both green hills and roofs and silhuette of the historical town. Walter and his co-host were super friendly and helpful both beforehand and during the holiday. Warm recommendations for this beautifully renovated house.

Relaxing vacation in the middle of greenery and nature. Large apartment, equipped and clean. Priceless to eat in the large garden under the oak tree. Starting point to visit nearby cities, beautiful sea and white beach. Very helpful host. recommended structure

The place is great and as described. The view is spectacular and you have everything you need in the house and for us as a small family it was perfect. But you have to remember that it's an old house and not everything is super modern like in a hotel. That was not a problem for us and we felt very comfortable. When we sent messages to the host, we always received a response within a very short time and a solution was immediately found for a minor problem that occurred. We would like to thank Luca for his hospitality and support and if it turns out one day that we make another stop in southern Italy or go on vacation, then we will choose this accommodation again!

A very nice place in nature that radiates tranquility. Due to the many trees and therefore shade around the house, it is wonderfully cool and we actually did not need the air conditioning. There are two, so if necessary, enough to get the house cool. So you can be outside without realizing that it's actually really hot. Castel del Monte is a 5-minute walk away. From there you can take the shuttle bus for 2,- per adult. Also there is a nice place to have a drink/ice cream. Many picturesque villages in the area. In short: nice place, definitely recommended and super clean.

Tatiana was very kind to us—she left us some lovely treats and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The apartment is relatively close to the Old Town, with convenient public transport and restaurants nearby. We definitely recommend it! Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. Two days of absolute relaxation with the family We spent two days surrounded by greenery and the beauty of this villa with a breathtaking sea view, corners of the house to fully enjoy every relaxation. We were welcomed by Marzio and his family and made us feel like part of it. We'll be back soon to this magnificent property

Raffaele is a very considerate, caring and concerned host for the well-being of the guests he welcomes. The outdoor space is beautifully arranged for relaxing in the afternoon sun. The site is private and fenced. Perfect if you come with a dog. A beautiful place in a typical village.

I can only endorse all the other positive reviews. The location was great - walking distance to the old town, station, airport shuttle and markets/supermarkets. Good restaurants and a great gelato shop all nearby. We thought the apartment was even better than the photos - it is very comfortable and has an ‘at home’ feel. The terraces are truly ‘oasis’. The washing machine has a quick 14 minute cycle and there is ample hanging space for the washing. Luisa is easy to communicate with very helpful. One of the best Airbnb properties we have stayed in. Great location close to the center that you can walk to. Convenient parking in a private area. The apartment is very nice, with good spaces and two beautiful balconies. Recommended

Emanuele's property was really clean, in good order and well organized. It was very close to the old city and parking around was ok to find ( payable ). There is a park outside and some teens gather and party until night so that made some noise but closing the windows helped a bit. The balcony was really good but had no shade made so kind of useless in the sunny hot weather Overall the property was great for a one night stay Thank you

Angela is an amazing person, the accommodation offered is superb, the place is quiet and restful, the pool is a real plus, and the garden with sunbed and hammock is great. Angela recommended us restaurants that were divine, where we were welcomed great, she had even booked for us! In short, go there without so much as a second thought. Big favorite for Malaika and especially Nana, her dogs who are so adorable!

Piermario and Antonio are exceptional hosts. We had a very good welcome with the presentation of the accommodation which is wonderfully equipped, everything was planned to feel at home. Small culinary touches awaited us, two bikes that we used almost every day to go to the covered market or to the train station to take the train, or to go to the beach, not to mention the small inner courtyard, a real little gem. They thought of everything including the barbecue. You won't want to leave once you're there. The geographical location is ideal with transport nearby and shops, restaurants etc. They are very responsive as soon as a small problem arises. We only have one desire, and that's to go back. House Sasanelli was a very good-valued place, spacious, nice balcony, and a great location in the area of Murat.

Really nice clean, modern apartment and very helpful hosts. Detailed instructions helped find it easily and Pierpaulo, Rosa’s son greeted us and showed us round. Buses nearby to the OldTown area but we enjoyed the walk - about half an hour or so. Secure parking a great bonus.
