Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The large cozy terrace at the back invites you to a cozy dinner or just to relax a bit. The playground & pump track as well as the ice rink can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. There is an outdoor pool right in the neighboring village.
