Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Martinez

I absolutely love the Todos Santos Park neighborhood. This house was lovely and easily walkable to the park, many restaurants and BART. The house was very nice, very clean and comfortable. The only thing to note is that there is no heat or air conditioning in the bedrooms at all. The only heat and air that I could find was in the living room and kitchen. That was no problem for us because the weather was perfect, but that would definitely keep me from renting during traditionally hot or cold months.

Kenney obviously takes pride in his AirBnB home. It looks like the entire house was remodeled and the landscaping is very nice. The floor plan was perfect for our group - four bedrooms and three bathrooms for two couples and two grandchildren. The grandsons (ages 13 and 10) particularly enjoyed having a 65 inch TV in their bedrooms which they certainly don't have at home. We had a problem with a squeaky bathroom door, but Kenney fixed that the next day. Also problems with the coffee pot so we just went to the nearby Starbucks. But those were minor issues. Everything else was fine. We had my wife's siblings over for dinner the second night of our stay, and everyone was very complimentary about the house. If the need arises for us to stay in the area in the future, we would definitely book this house again.

I would highly recommend this place, it is very clean and in a good location. I stay here for multiple weeks with no issues. The host is very communicative and responsive.

The house was comfortable and clean. Having the park so close by was a big perk and it was wonderful being able to enjoy both the home and the surroundings with the family. The host was proactive in their communication and we had no complaints about our stay.

Private front porch, lovely garden and great location for our needs. Host was quick to respond to our questions and or requests. We are local and needed lodging during a home renovation. For future out of town guests, that need a place to stay, this will be our first choice. Thank you Sushil!

Lots of things near by, yet had a cozy neighborhood vibe. I wish my schedule had been less hectic so I could spend time in their lovely garden. This place is a gem.

Listing was exactly as describe and even more stunning in person. Property is within walking distance to downtown with lots of great restaurants and things to do. Debra had great recommendations on restaurants and wineries and was very responsive!! I would highly recommend!!

We loved our stay at Jan’s place in Berkeley. The space was great for our trip. We absolutely loved the deck and hot-tub. We spent most evenings sitting out there for hours! You also can’t beat the views of the bay! Overall, such a wonderful stay, we would for sure go back and recommend to all our friends and family.

Ruby's place is exactly as advertised - very comfortably appointed, walkable to some of my favorite spots in Berkeley, and the private garden seating area just outside the double-kitchen doorway was simply beautiful. I will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

Francisco and his team were absolutely amazing! The place was beautifully decorated, incredibly stylish, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need. It was spacious, comfortable, and in a perfect central location—close to everything! The team was super responsive and accommodating, making the stay seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at Gillian’s place in Mill Valley. My friends and I truly enjoyed our girls weekend there. The place is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and very clean. Gillian provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. I will definitely stay again in the future. We really loved the location!

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

Eileen and Simon were fantastic hosts. They were always responsive and gave great recommendations for eateries. We also forgot to pack face wash, and he was very responsive and accommodating in letting us use a bottle of his. 10/10 would recommend

I read all the reviews online about Kimberly's place so I knew it would be nice. The large closet was awesome, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. The only problem I had (I knew this ahead of time) was hearing the owner's kids above us. Most of the time, no problem and never at odd times. I did feel the parents were as courteous as possible for 2 small kids but it was hard to take a nap a couple of times. I am used to a single home so this may play into it. I still recommend their place but keep in mind, occasionally, you hear people upstairs as also written in other reviews.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was impeccably clean, very quiet, and cozy. It's in a prime location with plenty of outdoor activities and restaurants just a short walk away. Plus, Andrew was super communicative and offered excellent local recommendations and tips!

Ellen’s place is a true gem—spacious, well-appointed, and in a fantastic walkable location to lots of restaurants and shops. The décor is charming and felt warm and welcoming, far from the typical rental. We had wonderful weather and loved sitting on back patio where we could even see the Golden Gate (a rare find!). Ellen was great to work with – very responsive and accommodating, making our stay seamless. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable home with three generous bedrooms and a dedicated parking space (so rare). We hope to stay again.
