Very clean, very quiet. Did feel like one was at the edge of a forest. Comfortable. Good wifi.

Nice clean spot with everything you need to have a great trip. Great location and easy access to a 7-11 convenience store. Only thing they need are better pillows on the bed! The bed itself is super comfortable tho.

Great clean and modern place. Excellent location and communication, entry, etc. There is quite a bit of street noise so ear plugs are a must, but it might not bother most people. I'm very sensitive.

Ria was a phenomenal host. In addition to having a comfortable and clean place, she was super attentive. I stayed at her apartment for my wedding weekend and she went out of her way to add a few details to make our weekend extra special

Had an amazing stay - location is perfect and within walking distance to awesome shops and restaurants in Lafayette. Grace was an incredible host - very responsive, flexible and helpful throughout my stay. Will be staying here on my next trip to town!

Staying at Stephanie's place felt like staying in a good friend's home. It is cozy, beautiful and welcoming. She has so many little extras like fresh fruit, bottled water and more. It is especially convenient for me, because I was there to be with family and it is only 6 min from my daughter's home.

Sarah-Noel is a wonderful host: she's warm and responsive and cares deeply about her guests. The apartment where I stayed was not just wonderfully clean but had so many small touches that showed she is one of those hosts who cares about whether her guests feel comfortable. I also loved seeing the hives and the beautiful backyard, and the honey is *really* good, with a nice zing of orange blossom. I'll be staying here again. Thank you so much, Sarah-Noel!

We had a great stay at Jillian’s place in Walnut Creek. The location was convenient, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Jillian was a responsive host, making our visit smooth and enjoyable. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

It was my fourth time staying at the Oak’s Nest, and it was just as excellent as the first. Sarah and Darrell are the best hosts I’ve ever had, and in a place as gorgeous as theirs, it’s hard to resist coming back. Can’t recommend it enough!

Sunny’s place was a clean, light filled studio loft in the sky. The bed was comfy, the bathroom spacious and spotless and French doors leading out to the deck made an already large studio apartment feel even more generous. The location was perfect for exploring north Berkeley. Very easy walking distance to most anything you might want or need. Thank you Sunny for your clear communication and a lovley stay.

Great spot to stay during bottlerock. 45 minute drive/or ride to Napa/festival. Nice covered parking spot. Very cozy quarters. Private patio was a nice touch.

Excellent place, very close to almost everything one needs. Place was very clean and host was particular in provisioning for everything. Nathan was extremely responsive host.

Khoi’s place was beautiful! The house was nice and clean. The balcony view was amazing and her and her cohost were willing to help me when I got 2 flat tires before arriving on the property. Great people and house, would come here again.

The location and space was perfect for our needs! Clean, and larger than we expected from the photos. We especially enjoyed the hot tub/gazebo and the balcony.

My husband and I stayed for about 10 days. Quiet neighborhood. Rick's place was clean and cozy. When I needed to contact Rick, he was available to answer my questions right away. He was responsive and pleasant. Accessing directly from the parking lot (covered, assined space) to the apartment was very easy and quick. I would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Roseann's place. Perfect instructions as to how to enter. The home was clean and comfortable. We were very thankful for the coffee and the coffee pot :) Great view of the golf course. A lovely place for a quiet get away!

I was able to walk everywhere - grocery, restaurants, and all types of stores within walking distance. Dylan and Alex are so friendly and proactive to be helpful. I loved Albina's place. It was so perfect for what we were looking for. It was cute, easy to find, easy parking and just so lovely. The highlight was the view. The bedroom window looked out to the city and the ocean. We never even turned the TV on since the view from the bed was just spectacular. We literally just watched the ocean and boats going by as the sunset before our eyes. The moon then came out and we went to bed just staring out at the sky. I hope to be able to stay here again. It was such a magical retreat.

This property and experience is a gem! The location is gorgeous and central, the space is homey yet elegant and spacious and the hosts are lovely and responsive. A very well appointed and relaxing stay in the heart of the city. I very much look forward to returning.

We absolutely loved everything about Eurydice's space. So elegant in its simplicity, and clearly prioritizing coziness and livability. She's thought of so many touches that made it all the more welcoming: extra throws and blankets, a fan and heater in the closet in case you need a temperature adjustment, a night light in the bathroom, super comfy seating and bed. All this set in a gorgeous garden that's very convenient to public transportation and very walkable to boot. On top of all that, Eurydice was a great host: very responsive, warm, and welcoming, even though I never ran into her while we were there. This place really felt like home away from home, and the most difficult part was getting myself to leave! :)

Hunter is an exceptional host. check in and checkout instructions were very clear and Hunter was very responsive to any questions we had during the stay. Great host and perfect location. We will definitely visit again when I am back in the Bay area.
