Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Welcome to this newly renovated and spacious cottage in the countryside outside Öxabäck! Here you live in the countryside with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. Nice hiking trails, walking paths and swimming and fishing lakes are located in the nearby area. Large patio at the back of the house with beautiful views of pastures and forest. Here you can relax in the countryside, while it is close to both GeKås in Ullared (35 minutes), Borås (just under 60 minutes) and Gothenburg (just over 60 minutes).

Summer house with a view and lake!

Bring the whole family to our amazing summer house with rowboat, canoe and kayak, trampoline, swings, mini jumping castle and toys for parents to enjoy a quiet moment and the view of the beautiful lake! Feel free to fish in the lake, as we own part of it, our guests have fishing. There are blueberries and chanterelles in the forest, and the nearest neighbors are a municipal shelter. There's a lot of hiking in the woods. There are 9 acres of land with the house, so there's really plenty of space!
