Here you can listen to the crackling of both the tiled stove and the wood stove. There are beautiful walking trails and exercise trails in the forest and a small forest lake very close by. There are sheep in the meadows all year round and the cottage is located a bit away from the farmhouse where a family with children lives. On the farm, there are also other animals such as cats, chickens and ducks.

The cottage is located between Borås, Gothenburg and Varberg, all of which can be reached in less than an hour by car. Two lakes are within walking distance. Sandsjön has a dock and sandy beach. Öjasjön has a simpler swimming area but is calm and beautiful. There are plenty of trails for those who want to walk or run.

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Drive 1.5 kilometers towards Skene, take the exit for Tocknarås, continue about 2 kilometers and you will arrive. You can see cranes, deer almost daily and hares. The house is 84 sqm and was built in 1996. In the kitchen there is both an electric stove and a wood stove.
