The cabin is located on a hill with amazing views of Lake Tolken which has more beaches in close walking distance. The plot is protected from view. In the surrounding area there is a rich animal and bird life. In the forest there is a lot of mushrooms. In the lake, you can fish for pike, bream, perch, etc. Oars are included and with them, you can cross over to beautiful cliffs on the other side of the bay.

There are sheep in the pastures all year round and the cottage is a bit away from the farmhouse where there is a family with children. On the farm, there are also other animals such as cats, chickens and ducks.

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace.
