Condo vacation rentals in Marina at Saint James Plantation

Awesome place! It looked exactly like the pictures. It’s also in close proximity to a lot of things. Everything was clean and in good condition. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Our 2025 Summer vacay to Carolina Beach was truly one for the record books. As a single girl dad of two (9/15) location is key. This condo is absolutely peak and checked all the boxes. Right on the beach on the 4th floor the family room/balcony sets the ultimate beach vibes the moment you walk in. My 9 year old and I woke up daily to walk the beach at sun rise, on our first morning it felt as if we had the beast ourselves. We saw dolphins as the sun was breaking the horizon and it was absolute magic. After the sunset we'd walk to the boardwalk to get Crush n Grind coffee and play their ring hook games. Followed by Britt's Donuts then back to the condo to wake the teenager. Everything is within walking distance and there is something for EVERYONE. We chartered a boat to shark tooth island with the incredible Captain Sheila's and Chloe with Island Time Water Tours. Found so many shark teeth that made core memories for a lifetime. Very nice stay. Exactly as described. Good value for the price. My parents live on St. James, so it was very close to their home. Nice furnishings and easy access to all that St. James offers. We would stay there again.

The view was beautiful and Kristen was a great host. My husband had a kidney stone attack the day before we left and she was willing to work with us if we had to stay another night but he felt well enough to leave the next day as he had a doctor‘s appointment scheduled the next day. The view was spectacular!!

We had a fantastic week at John's place with our family for spring break. It is a quiet area of the island. The beach is just a few steps away and the view from the deck is beautiful. It was the perfect place for a family of four. We fell in love with Oak Island and hope to be back very soon!

This location and property is fantastic! Ryan has many more nice amenities than listed in the description. The back deck is awesome - my favorite place of the week (except for the beach). Coffee and watching the sunrise on the deck each morning was so nice!

As you step into the condo you have a beautiful view of the marina . The porch is lovely with tables and chairs to relax , eat and drink. Each of the 3 bedrooms are tastefully decorated as is the combo kitchen / living room. It is a peaceful place to enjoy after spending time at the beach, walking the nature trail to the park, golfing or exploring Southport.

Used this as a quiet getaway for a writing. It was so perfect. Was sad to leave. The beach is so beautiful and the house had all the basics with no fuss.

We loved being so close to the beach, the pool, and the pier. Pier bar drinks and service were great! We recommend the Bahama Mama and The Painkiller. The condo was very clean and inviting. The deck was perfect for our morning croissants and fresh fruit with coffee. We enjoyed watching the waves and listening to seabirds as they soared above the sea. Just a short drive to the Boardwalk gave us some great shopping and restaurants. We recommend Britt’s donuts. Don’t buy just one -cash only! Matthew was the perfect host! He answered my questions quickly and checked in to see if we needed anything. Perfect week for us to rest and relax!

This condo is a peaceful, hidden gem! Views from the front and back deck and a perfect little beach right across the street. We loved it!

My wife and I enjoyed the home and hated to leave great views of the ocean and boardwalk area walkable to everything the place was clean and felt like home Kimberly was very quick to respond and friendly we plan on coming back

This rental was exceptional ! We had a wonderful time and felt right at home. The cooking pans, cups, plates, utensils, oil, coffee made it very easy to be there!. It was clear this family just wanted us to share in the beauty of their convenient location to several beaches and fun, while being able to get away and enjoy the peaceful place. The linens were very clean! We had someone staying above us and never even heard their feet. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place.

Warren's condo was perfect and just as descried and pictured. The evenings on the deck watching the boats go by and beautiful sunsets were wonderful.

Our stay was great. Very flexible and responsive as our trip was very last minute. Within walking distance of the beach as advertised and the pool was lovely! ❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation / graduation trip at Stefanie’s beautiful condo. We had plenty of room and everything we needed without having to bring so much stuff with us. The porch was our favorite place to hang out with the absolute most beautiful views ever. It was wonderful to be able to walk a few short steps to our condo to the beach. Many memories made!! Also, everything was clean and beautiful. Stefanie checked on us frequently, and she was always super helpful and responsive! Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back!

Wad blown away by the space, the views, the people and Sunset beach was lovely. Close to restaurants, supermarket and the beach. The apartment was spacious,clean and the closed in patio was lovely in the afternoons and evening. No bugs!! Bonus. Will definitely recommend to anyone who asks.

My daughter and I traveled to Southport to visit friends and we stayed at Amanda’s place. It was so beautiful and peaceful. In the mornings we would sit on the balcony and it was beautiful. Amanda is wonderful to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Unbeatable location and plenty of room for our family of 5. We absolutely loved the pool, nearby shops, short walk to the beach and the coziness of the condo. Book this place now! You won’t be disappointed.

We stayed for a weekend because we were attending a wedding in Wrightsville. The place is very clean and it has everything you need and more. Gwen is extremely responsive with questions and recommendations and very attentive.The left coffee and creamer available, as well as basics like oil, salt, pepper, sugar. We didn’t cook but the coffee was a great thing to have in the morning as they had also a nice coffee maker to get fresh coffee. The place is extremely convenient. They had a Harris Teeter very close as well as lots of restaurants. The beach is 5 mins away so you can do a lot in less time. I personally recommend the place.

It was our 40th anniversary and we decided that we wanted to go to our favorite beach in North Carolina. We could see the ocean from this apartment and a very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed sleeping on the beds and having 2 bathrooms were fantastic. AC was great and water pressure in shower, was too. They had everything you needed and didnt lack on the supplies. It was a memorable vacation that we will never forget. Thanks Curtis

Mike was a great host and very communicative with check in and out instructions. The condo was perfect - perfect location, clean, and Mike has thought of all the extras (ceiling fans, hair dryers, sound machines, beach towels, beach chairs). We will definitely stay again when in Carolina Beach!
