A two-level apartment with a large living area, perfect for up to 10 people. Spacious, with a large dining room and a seating area, finished with attention to detail and unique design. Fully equipped kitchen. Apartment with a terrace and mountain views. Guests have access to a bath lounge with a private sauna. The sauna is located in the apartment and is available only to its guests. We have two more apartments in the same building, in total there is room for 20 people in Casa.

Guests have at their disposal 2 separate bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a private garden with a terrace, a garage (2.1 m high) and parking spaces. There is also an elevator in the building. The apartment area is approximately 70 m2 plus approximately 80 m2 of garden with terrace (in summer with garden furniture, deckchairs, umbrella and barbecue)

After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.
