Very stylish 1-room apartment (sofa bed!) realized in collaboration between architect / interior designer / furniture designer with separate shower room, 31 sqm living space, separate, private entrance and access to the barrel sauna. All furniture as individual custom-made, kitchen countertop and edible concrete/wood inlay work/epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete spatula technique, whereby due to the very limited space situation shower and toilet could not be separated spatially.

For storing/charging e-bikes or motorcycles, a garage is available by arrangement.

A personal parking space in the backyard belongs to the apartment. Trachenberger Platz is the center of the district Pieschen with supermarket, doner, baker, butcher etc.

Your apartment is newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but are also quickly on the highway to explore the surrounding area.
