The apartment is located in an idyllic secluded location in a beech forest on one of the seven hills that surround the city of Kirchberg. At the foot of the Ore Mountains. We want to convey the peace and security of this unique location to our guests. The apartment (80 square meters) is on the first floor (entrance area with 4 steps) in the landlord's house with a separate entrance. Wi-Fi and parking space available.

Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach – perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, above which a tenant lives. I am available any time. A ground floor apartment with a special relaxing effect. The apartment, which is over 50 m², offers everything you need to switch off for a few days/weeks. The fireplace in the living room contributes to the cozy atmosphere in the evening. As a small special feature, our alpine hut is located directly in the garden of our property. Nearby there are many good viewing platforms from which you can see a wonderful view over parts of the Osterz Mountains.

Das Apartment befindet sich Nahe der Elbe in einem Hinterhaus mit gemütlichem Außenbereich im mediterranen Stil. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min zu erreichen. Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist gern zum Verweilen eingeladen.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guten Anbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Von hier aus seid Ihr schnell in der City aber ebenso schnell im Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Viel Spaß hier in Dresden :). Ps. Wir vermieten in der Regel nicht für gewerbliche Gäste. TV nur Netflix :)
