There is an open kitchen, living room with sofa area with TV screen and board games as well as dining area and wood burning stove. In the garden there are terraces with outdoor furniture, swing stand, slide, shelter and fire pit. The house is located at Lupinparken with playground and football field. Grocery and restaurant are 5 min away and the beach only 10 min. Electricity and water are paid for. Electricity is settled at DKK 5 per. KWh. Water is charged at DKK 100 per.

If you are looking for a real cottage atmosphere, you will get an authentic charming cottage that has just been renovated. The cottage is located on a lovely hilly and enclosed plot with terraces, where the sun comes in from early morning to late evening and only 150 meters to the water and wide sandy beach. The house has outdoor showers with hot water, which is something very special to start the day with a bath in the open air or to rinse off after a trip to the Baltic Sea. The nearest restaurant and grocery store are only 400 meters away

The house is located in a scenic area in the part called "the old Marielyst" One of Denmark's best beaches is only 300 meters away. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Marielyst square, where there are beautiful shops and good places to eat. Electricity is paid on site. In 2023, new windows and doors as well as a heat pump. Beautiful holiday home close to the square in Marielyst, with a short walking distance to a beautiful sandy beach. If you want to stay secluded but still in the middle of the city's vibrant life, with restaurants, shops and holiday atmosphere, plenty of opportunity for activities, walks and pure fun, then this home is a great choice. Book it as a vacation home in high season or maybe for an extended weekend for fun and relaxation. Note late check-out at 11 a.m. and check-in from 3 p.m. Not rented to youth groups and craftsmen groups.

Located on a closed plot with space for a dog, it is ideal for a vacation in peace and nature. There are bicycles, free electricity, water, firewood, etc.

Nice cottage that is close to both water and town. You can walk to the water in 10 minutes and enjoy Marielyst's beautiful sandy beach. After a day at the beach, there is plenty of space on the terrace for play and relaxation and when evening approaches, the grill is ready for cozy summer evenings. The house offers 2 nice rooms, a cozy living room, kitchen with all equipment and dining area for all guests. If you use the terrace, there is also room for guests. The house also has good parking, WiFi and TV.

Child-friendly cottage close to the beach

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child friendly, with plenty of room for play and ball games. The house is located approx. 400m from Denmark's best beach, 150m to the grocery store, pizzeria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst cozy square.  The house is heated with heat pump, wood-burning stove and electricity, so there is ample opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. The house TV is not connected to TV channels, but there is chromiumcast in the TV.
