The house is bright and cozy. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children). A super summerhouse, which can be used all year, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a great holiday paradise, with beach, forest, rich birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So additional payment requirements for Electricity consumption comes after the stay.

The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. There is a 10-minute walk to Nykøbing F station. The popular Marielyst is the place to go if you want to go to the beach. You are close to wonderful experiences on Lolland and Falster. Lots of options for dining, cinema, theater and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We can possibly arrange the possibility of sleeping on an air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

Lovely holiday home close to the square in Marielyst, with a short walking distance to lovely sandy beach. If you want to stay secluded but in the middle of the city's vibrant life, with restaurants, shops and holiday atmosphere, lots of activities, walks and pure fun, then this property is a fantastic choice. Book it as a vacation home in high season or for an extended weekend of fun and relaxation. Note late check-out at 11 a.m., as well as check-in from 4 p.m. Summer is rented from Friday to Friday Not rented to youth groups and artisan groups.

If you are looking for a real cottage atmosphere, you will get an authentic charming cottage that has just been renovated. The cottage is located on a lovely hilly and enclosed plot with terraces, where the sun comes in from early morning to late evening and only 150 meters to the water and wide sandy beach. The house has outdoor showers with hot water, which is something very special to start the day with a bath in the open air or to rinse off after a trip to the Baltic Sea. The nearest restaurant and grocery store are only 400 meters away

The house has two bedrooms, a double bed and 2 separate, cozy living rooms with dining area and sofa as well as 3 covered terraces - one with a canopy. Outside, you can enjoy a wilderness bath and a solar heated outdoor shower. Only 800 meters from Denmark's best beach, close to golf course, Bøtøskoven and shopping. Located on an enclosed plot with room for a dog, it is ideal for a holiday in tranquility and nature. There are bikes, free electricity, water, firewood, etc.

Nice cottage that is close to both water and town. You can walk to the water in 10 minutes and enjoy Marielyst's beautiful sandy beach. After a day at the beach, there is plenty of space on the terrace for play and relaxation and when evening approaches, the grill is ready for cozy summer evenings. The house offers 2 nice rooms, a cozy living room, kitchen with all equipment and dining area for all guests. If you use the terrace, there is also room for guests. The house also has good parking, WiFi and TV.

We have spent a long time renovating our little wooden house with upcycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests visit. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forests, good beaches, medieval villages, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quails and free-range silkie chickens, which may well go crazy once in a while. The house is 24 sqm in size, and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

Sit back and relax in this quiet and relaxed cottage. Completely renovated in 2022. Good materials and good indoor climate. Completely secluded backyard with room for play, games, coziness, and wilderness bath. When you park the car, you can look down the small path to the beach. One of the best beaches with only 60 meters walk from the property. Absolutely unique location. Marienlyst city is a short drive away where there are supermarkets, restaurants, mini golf, shops and the best ice cream shop.
