Beautiful summer cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with children). A super cottage, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters from Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a great vacation paradise, with beach, forest, rich bird and animal life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump and the house is well insulated. The price is without electricity consumption. Then a claim for extra payment for electricity consumption will be made after the stay.

When you enter the house, the calm descends like another beautiful retreat. The living room and a charming country kitchen form the framework for 3 beautiful bedrooms, when you either need to take a nap or have a good night's sleep. The garden is beautiful and very private. Everywhere on the property there are lovely cozy nooks for both adults and children. If you come with more than 5 people, there is also an annex that can be used. Here, there can easily be 2 extra and up to 4 people, if, for example, it is 2 adults and 2 children 15 min walk to the beach

This stylish cottage is 123 sqm on a large fenced plot, and with room for several families to enjoy together. Nice cottage that is close to both water and town. You can walk to the water in 10 minutes and enjoy Marielyst's beautiful sandy beach. After a day at the beach, there is plenty of space on the terrace for play and relaxation and when evening approaches, the grill is ready for cozy summer evenings. The house offers 2 nice rooms, a cozy living room, kitchen with all equipment and dining area for all guests. If you use the terrace, there is also room for guests. The house also has good parking, WiFi and TV.
