The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So additional payment requirements for Electricity consumption comes after the stay.

Stay secluded but in the middle of the city's vibrant life, with restaurants, shops, holiday atmosphere, activities, walks and pure fun. During the summer high season, the accommodation can only be booked from Friday to Friday. Then you can participate in all the fun events that take place during the weekend. The rest of the year is free choice. Late check-out at 11 am, and check-in from 4 pm. Not rented to youth groups and artisan groups.

If you are looking for a real cottage atmosphere, you will get an authentic charming cottage that has just been renovated. The cottage is located on a lovely hilly and enclosed plot with terraces, where the sun comes in from early morning to late evening and only 150 meters to the water and wide sandy beach. The house has outdoor showers with hot water, which is something very special to start the day with a bath in the open air or to rinse off after a trip to the Baltic Sea. The house offers 2 nice rooms, a cozy living room, kitchen with all equipment and dining area for all guests. If you use the terrace, there is also room for guests. The house also has good parking, WiFi and TV.

Only 1 minute to the beach

Sit back and relax in this quiet and relaxed cottage. Completely renovated in 2022. Completely private backyard with space for play, fun and wilderness swimming. When you park the car, you can look down the small path to the beach. One of the best beaches with only 60 meters walk from the property. Unique location. Marienlyst town is a short drive away where there are supermarkets, restaurants, mini golf, and the best ice cream shop. It is a private house, so it is clean and tidy, but not hotel standard😊.
