I was amazed when I saw the apartment, impeccable in everything, very happy with this stay. Clean, large apartment, with every possible comfort, great location. Surely if I had to go back to Rome I wouldn't think twice about booking here.

We loved our stay at Lio’s place! The apartment is exactly as pictured, highlighted by a big, beautiful kitchen and huge windows that let tons of natural light into the main sitting room. All rooms (sitting room and bedrooms) have shutters to make them dark for when you want to sleep. Beds are super comfy and the washer/dryer were so helpful keeping our kids’ clothes clean. The location is terrific - in a safe and walkable neighborhood. Easy access to get around all of Rome but particularly convenient to Vatican City. Most importantly, Lio is a wonderful host! Super responsive, greeted us on arrival, and even helped settle our luggage into the flat. Couldn’t imagine a kinder host :) We hope we’re lucky enough to stay with Lio again if we’re ever in Rome. If you have any doubts, don’t hesitate and book now! Thank you, Lio, for a wonderful stay!

Host was fast at responding and really helpful! Allowing us extra time for checkout and providing a list of suggestions about the local area. Room was great, Cosy felt at home with a great view over Roma!

Rome like home was a perfect location being close to the train station. We were able to drop our bags off and go. She was very helpful with all our questions. The place is actually nicer than the photos. I would most definitely stay here again. I highly recommend.

I spent 4 days in Rome for work, I had a great time, the apartment was very well maintained and clean, the terrace the highlight of the house, wonderful for aperitifs and dinners, Stefania always very kind for any of my needs! Thank you

This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! The apartment is really nice . Very good beds clean tastefully decorated . Espresso and small snacks are ready . Everything you need is there. However, you have to drive about 40 minutes by bus to be in the center. We liked this away from the tourist center. And there are 2 bathrooms which we felt very pleasant.

Wow, we had a WONDERFUL time, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (for Rome). Perfect location for easy access to shopping, taxi stands, local sites. Stefano was a perfect host. He accommodated our early check in request, was proactive, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. He also arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us. I've stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of the best. I highly recommend it. Thank you Stefano!

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Loved the apartment and the location. It’s right next to the keyhole which was fun to see right when we arrived. Easy enough to get around and very clean. Paolo was so kind and greeted us upon arrival. We didn’t want to leave!

A big thank you to Elvin and his friend for their exceptional hospitality! They're lovely, caring hosts! Elvin d'Avantage, he took wonderful care of us, he made it much easier for us on many things, and was always available if needed. It felt like home as soon as we arrived. The accommodation is charming, clean and perfectly as described. A really nice meeting and a property we'll treasure! We'll definitely be back and this time with our daughter! We recommend it without hesitation!

Daniela was a brillant host who was very friendly and first to respond to queries! She greeted me at check in which was very kind and gave me advice! Location of apartment is excellent taking only about 20 minutes to get to center! Metro only about 10 minutes walk - would definitely recommend!

Vittorio’s place was incredible. Easy to find. He was responsive. An amazing stay overall. Very happy we were able to stay here and found their little town. Thank you so much for having us.

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

Really nice garden flat in a great location. Walkable to the local area with loads of restaurants and bars etc but also only 30mins walk to some of the main sights of Rome. Tram stop nearby too which was really useful.

Fabrizio is an excellent host and greeted us upon arrival. The air bnb was beautiful and in a great, walkable location!

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

Fabulous stay in this beautiful apartment. Nice & close to the sites we wanted to see but far enough away that we didn’t feel it was overcrowded. Amazing bakery a few doors up ‘Molino’ & the best gelato across the road at ‘Terra’. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place very close to the Colosseum. The apartment is not only stylishly furnished, but also thoughtfully equipped – we didn't miss anything. Everything was very clean, communication warm and straightforward. You can tell how much love for detail everything was designed here. The apartment is very beautiful, very well decorated and furnished, spacious and well located, close to many of the main points of interest in Rome. Furthermore, it has everything necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Giuseppe is truly a super host: attentive, courteous, and ready to help, always responding promptly to any of our questions.

Great condo in a great location. We were able to walk to all of the landmarks, most in 20 minutes or less. It also felt very safe with many great restaurants and shopping nearby. The condo is spacious and the rooms are on different floors for great privacy. Each room also has it's own terrace which was nice. Highly recommended, especially for families.
