The complex was huge and very well maintained. From the pool you have a great view of Castagnetto Carducci Castle. They were very relaxing days.

A great location of the house, a beautiful view, private parking near the house and the beach, proximity to the center, beautiful fresh air, the absence of mosquitoes, which fully gives you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful views under the glass of cool prosecco. The owner of the house Rodolfo is a very nice and attentive host.

Nice little house in a very large enclosed yard with a beautiful house in front with several rentals. Functional, enough to cook in terms of utensils. Provide extra bath towels for the pool. Nothing is closed or locked outside between rentals (ideal place to organize a family stay, family reunion or with friends, the setting is so ready) with this beautiful swimming pool (totally fenced for security) plenty of space around, it's not disturbing if there are several people, deckchair, it is cleaned every day. Very green setting with farm animals (ponies, donkeys, pigs, cow and her calf, etc.) nearby and wild boars. Just for info it's nestled, no view but rejuvenating because in nature. We did not meet Giancarlo who is very responsive to messages but we met his son with his small family who are very friendly, give advice and information, they like to exchange. Thank you all

I was in Castiglione della Pescaia for a week with my family and dog. I had a really good time at Flavia's place, very clean, very nice location and well-kept garden. I have to say that it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of a vacation.

Great villa to enjoy some tranquility and relaxation, in a very convenient location to visit the sea. The accommodation has all the amenities to enjoy a great vacation (parking, dishwasher, air conditioning, possibility to eat outside, etc.) The pool is beautiful, with the possibility of bathing even after dinner! We stayed at Italo's place for a week. The apartment had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, cozy rooms, beautiful garden, and a magnificent pool. Italo and Simona are very nice and gave us many tips for the area. Loved it!

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

A beautiful place. You can see and feel it is not just a random vacation rental but feels like someones home and someone has put a lot of detail and love in the place. Once you talk with Diana, you understand even better: as the owner, so the home :) The house offers all you need to stay there (with your whole family) also for longer than only a few nights. The village is very cute and offers all you need, plus charming bars and restaurants. On top it is a great starting point to go and explore the area/ medieval towns/ nature parcs/ beaches. By car it felt like everything is reachable in max 20minutes. Further you can explore by bike and even start from the town on hikes so: if you get a chance to book, stop searching - hit the button and enjoy your time :)

Heidi's cottage is a small gem, located in a quiet and private location but very close (5-minute drive) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and welcoming, perfectly in line with the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our little dog loved the garden and the dog beach right under the house! The only small flaw as far as our habits were concerned was the fact that it was not possible to completely darken the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in her responses and, although distant, available whenever we needed her.

We absolutely loved our wonderful stay at Susanna's and Carlo's. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable bed, welcoming interior, the views were stunning. It was really calm and it felt like home. Especially because Susanna and Carlo were such great hosts, friendly, helpful with good advice, they even organised to rent bikes for us. Also, the dog Peppe, gave us so much love, such a sweet dog, we really miss him. We witnessed the arrival of two cute cats and how they met Peppe. It was hard to leave. We absolutely recommend to stay there! Grazie mille per tutto, Susanna, Carlo and Peppe!

You have beautiful views from the apartment! Sea views, sunsets, view of Corsica... The kitchen is well equipped. Although the landlords live right next door, you always had your privacy and they are very friendly. perfect if you want a lot of nature and tranquility and to explore the west of Elba...

We spent two weeks with our two children in Mauro and Alba's accommodation and felt very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the large, private garden and the large, covered terrace. The apartment is functionally furnished and offers everything you need for cooking and eating. Even bed linen, towels and kitchen towels were provided free of charge. Mauro and Alba are very friendly and extremely helpful hosts and always responded immediately to our inquiries. For example, a defective kettle was replaced with a new one within a few hours and the hosts even disposed of our garbage for us. The only downside was that we had to clean certain kitchen utensils before using them for the first time, because the previous guests probably didn't wash them clean.

We spent 6 days with our two dachshunds in Stefano and Paola's house. The house is for two people and corresponds to what is indicated. Our dogs were safe as everything is closed. Very quiet, relaxing and discreet place. The beach, the center, and the excellent restaurants are within walking distance, thus avoiding the use of the car. Paola and Stefano were very kind and always ready to respond to any request for information. Everything was perfect, thank you very much to both of you for your hospitality, we will definitely be back. Strictly recommended. Mirella and Paolo

We stayed in this house for a week, along with our 3 and 10-year-old children. The location is special and from the outdoor terrace we were able to admire the beautiful sea of Elba during all meals. The sunset moment is absolutely priceless! The house is very nice, the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and has all the comforts and accessories, both as linens and kitchen utensils. The outdoor hot shower is also very welcome. Mrs. Lucia and her husband were super welcoming and very kind! When we arrived, after a long trip, they not only made us find an impeccable house, but also water in the fridge and a tray of fresh fruit. The nearby Nisporto beach can be reached on foot in 3 minutes, offers various amenities including bars and restaurants, and is never crowded. Perfect for families with kids. Beautiful experience, thank you for everything!

We were guests at Mariapia's place for a wonderful week. The information and directions were very helpful. The self check-in is completely straightforward. The apartment is very tasteful and clean as described in the listing. The outdoor area is beautifully designed with a spacious garden, where you can have a wonderful breakfast under apricot trees and mistletoe. All in all exactly what we wanted, quiet location and yet in a few minutes to countless entrances to sandy beaches and the sea. Thank you for the wonderful time. I'm sure we'll be back.

We spent 15 days in Alessandro's apartment, it was a beautiful holiday, the village is very typical and perfectly matched our expectations. Alessandro gave us all the information as well as the good addresses, there are 3 restaurants in the village which are very good . The apartment is very well located in the village (30 seconds for morning coffee as well as the bakery) kitchen , bedrooms, clean and spacious bathroom. 20 minutes from turquoise beaches we'll definitely go back next time, And little cherry on the cake , on the last day we attended a small concert in the village square where Alessandro was at the guitar;) i'd recommend it.

Our stay was perfect all around! We immediately felt at home. The accommodation is not only convincing because of the great location and surroundings, it was also wonderfully furnished and there was nothing missing. We would like to emphasize the warm hospitality of Ranieri. He was always available and helpful. We would come back.

If you want to stay in a quiet and typical place in an Elban city, go to Francesco's! Once found, the parking near the tennis courts allows you to park your car for free near the apartment. As it says, the square is 100 steps away and you will find a nice bakery/grocery store for breakfast, a bar for evening cocktails and 3 restaurants. In addition, Rio Marina and the sea are only minutes away. In short, we had a great time in this place, clean and well decorated.

Marielena's little cottage made us feel immersed in the beauty of the island. Ample outdoor space and with all the necessary accessories to feel good. Marielena is very kind and responds immediately.

We were guests with our 5 dogs for which we had a part of the garden for exclusive use, fenced. Ideal for those who want accommodation outside the city center but within a 5-minute drive. The first beach is also 5 minutes away, so it's very convenient! Raffaele and his mother Rosa were very kind!!! Recommended place to stay!

Monica is a beautiful person like her Suosogno house with a large and equipped outdoor space, no less private parking Everything was perfect from the welcome, the availability , the tips , and the warm greeting.
