Beachfront vacation rentals in Marciana Marina

Heidi's cottage is a small gem, located in a quiet and private location but very close (5-minute drive) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and welcoming, perfectly in line with the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our little dog loved the garden and the dog beach right under the house! The only small flaw as far as our habits were concerned was the fact that it was not possible to completely darken the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in her responses and, although distant, available whenever we needed her.

Great apartment, spacious, very clean, comfortable, perfectly maintained. Equipped with everything you could need, even for a short stay. Rosalba is very kind, always present and available. The value for the money is great.

Gorgeous location and views

It was a really pleasant time at this place. The host's parents were very hospitable. The place was nice, clean, and had beautiful views.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment, which is a true oasis of peace, a wonderful view from the terrace, surrounded by greenery and nature. A few minutes' walk away are two of the most beautiful beaches on the island (Sansone and La Sorgente) and just a 10-minute drive away you can reach the historic center of Portoferraio and the port. Spectacular location, charming and at the same time convenient. Trekking routes and wonderful walks, and breathtaking sunsets. A special note for Elisa and Roberto who were always available and very kind and never intrusive, they made us find everything we needed in the house and above all they also welcomed our dog in a loving way. An unforgettable vacation, if we return to the Island of Elba, we will definitely choose this apartment again! Thank you for everything!

Great apartment with a great location. Exactly what we were looking for. We also enjoyed Tania's two dogs. Elba was the best part of our vacation to Tuscany.

The property is in an extremely convenient location, practically on the sea. The house has a large garden where you can park. Great, since the parking lots in the area are almost all paid. The garden also has a shower, convenient when returning from the sea. The house in general has great potential. Hosts are courteous and helpful.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for sleeping four adults very comfortably (two more could sleep on the sofa bed) and cooking in the simply but extensively equipped kitchen. It has a big, powerful shower (plus a second smaller one) and the extra bonus of an efficient washer-dryer for rapidly taking care of post-beach laundry, ready for the next day. We visited during the quieter low season and it was wonderfully peaceful. But even in the busy high season the excellent sound-insulated windows coupled with modern a/c would mean that once you’re inside, the temperature in the apartment is comfortable and the street-level noise is barely audible. Having said that, we loved flinging open the traditional green shutters on the windows each morning and letting in the light, air and sounds of the town waking up at street level. We recommend renting the nearby garage to avoid the hassle of finding a parking space.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Beautiful house in the hills. Absolut privat place with a clean and modern house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything to start in the holiday's. The large terasse is covered and perfect for a beautiful evening. With bike or car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. The marina has a variety of restaurants and bars directly at the sea.

Great location and welcome

It was a pleasure to stay at the property, the highlights are the pool, access to the sea with private sunbathing dock and hot shower even by the pool . The house enjoys a great view, large and super equipped kitchen, comfortable and livable terraces, comfortable and new bathrooms. Really great experience!! Thank you to Daniele for your time!

Host very attentive to the needs of the people, kind and helpful; impeccable accommodation with level services (on all the tennis court and the pool), located a stone's throw from the sea. It's a really good experience.

Having traveled to quite a few places I can honestly say this was one of the nicest accommodations I've ever stayed at. Very quiet and relaxing place, very friendly host, we had a perfect time.

We spent 2.5 great, relaxing week at the place and felt super comfortable. The place is exactly as described and Eleonora and Michele are very friendly and accommodating hosting. If we come back to Elba, we'll be happy to come back!

Filippo's accommodation was as described…Beautiful view, sometimes even dolphins visible from the terrace! Since our stay took place at the end of May, it was very quiet, the pool facilities and restaurants were still closed, but Filippo had already informed us and we enjoyed the quiet of the pre-season/nature! The place was clean and everything was at our disposal. The way to the sea is within a 5-minute walk…. A beautiful beach awaits you!!! A car is definitely an advantage to explore Elba, as the accommodation is rather remote, but that did not bother us as it is located in a beautiful natural area. The accommodation is just as suitable for dogs, and the beach is also great for dogs! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this place!!!

DANIELE IS HIS MOTHER, THEY ARE KIND AND HELPFUL PEOPLE; WE FOUND US AT HOME, ALSO THANKS TO DANIELE 'S INTERVENTION THAT SHE SOLVED US TWO SMALL ISSUES PROMPTLY. THE HOUSE IS VERY NICE , SURROUNDED BY GREENERY ONLY 800 METERS AWAY FROM THE SEA AND VERY CLOSE TO THE BUS STOP THAT ALLOWED US TO MOVE INSIDE THE ISLAND WITHOUT USING THE DRIVE:

Very difficult to summarize how nice it was to be Alberto's guests who from the first contacts have always been exquisitely kind, he waited for us upon arrival with thoughtful attention showing us his beautiful house that is much more beautiful than in the photos and the necessary information. The house at any time is full of light and exquisitely furnished spaces that the sea sometimes forgets... I didn't know Marciana Marina, but thanks to this wonderful week I'm sure I'll be back very soon. Thank you Alberto 🌹

Great location both for the local facilities and visiting the rest of Elba. Daria was very helpful and assisted us when our ferry was cancelled due to a storm. Great views overlooking the bay.

The apartment is small but cozy, suitable for two people. We found it very clean and tidy, with everything you need to live comfortably. The location is great for walking, Marciana Marina is the right place for those who want to take a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle. The host is very helpful and being affiliated we were able to save a little by buying the ferry tickets. I definitely recommend staying here!
