This is a beautiful accommodation that perfectly matches the photos. The sound of birds and beautiful scenery from the veranda are indescribably inspiring. I was so healed by the secluded and peaceful scenery away from Rome. The host's kindness is perfect. I was embarrassed by the stairs on the second floor, but I was impressed that you moved all the carriers that were so big. The house was warm, and the dishes and coffee in the kitchen were free milk and everything was perfect. Thank you very much.

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

What a perfect weekend! Our two couples with babies under 2 had the most wonderful time in this beautiful house. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and so family-friendly - our little ones loved it and we could truly relax and enjoy time together. The hosts were absolutely amazing - so welcoming and responsive. The house exceeded all our expectations with its charm and comfort. We stayed in Giuseppe's cottage on the occasion of the porcini mushroom festival in Oriolo Romano, and the experience was really pleasant. The location is perfect, just a 3-minute drive from Oriolo, which allowed us to enjoy the festival to the fullest without having to drive to Rome. The house is spacious, clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a peaceful stay. The garden is well maintained and ideal for relaxing, and the surrounding area is very quiet, perfect for those looking for some peace. A big thank you to the owners, who were extremely nice and flexible on check-in and check-out times, making our stay even more comfortable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience a relaxing weekend!
