The property is located close to Längenfeld and Sölden on the hamlet of Burgstein (~1500 m above sea level). Here you will find a beautiful view over Längenfeld. In summer, Burgstein is the ideal starting point for cyclists, hikes, climbing and cycling tours. In winter, you can reach the surrounding ski areas in 20 minutes by car. The (ski) bus stop is 2.5 km away. In the main season, a taxi runs to the stop 2 times. Restaurants and shopping in Längenfeld/Huben.

A bus stop or the Pitztaler Landesstraße are 2 km away, the first shopping in 4.5 km. The Hochzeiger ski area is 8 km away; the Pitztal Glacier in 25 km. In summer, the Pitztal invites you to countless mountain hikes. Additional tourist tax €4 per person/night, as well as electricity consumption according to sub-meter

Breakfast can be booked on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying the laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free.
