If you’re in for a hike or sledging just step out of the door and start walking, the overwhelming nature Naturpark Beverin reveals right in front of you. Relax in the small hamlet of Riom in our Tga Franzestg, just a few kilometres from Savognin. The perfect place for an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Swiss Parc Ela Nature Park. The interiors are warm and cosy, renovated in 2023, preserving characteristic 17th century wooden elements, combined with modern elements in natural iron and designer furniture. Prices include bed linen, towels and tourist tax, which entitles guests to the ElaCard Val Surses tourist card.

Small but nice, great view

Modern, super nice and practically furnished. From 2 (1 double bed) to 6 people (2x sofa beds - 1 in a mini room and 1 in the living room) we use this vacation apartment as a family of 4 with young children at the time. In the meantime, we have adapted the sleeping arrangements to young adults or adults. The dining table is also extendable. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and a washing tower. A modern kitchen and a garage space are included.

Quietly located farm with mountain and lake views

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. My place offers a good starting point for various activities for hikers, boulderers, bikers, families or people looking for relaxation and wellness. In 2 minutes' walk you are in the village center and thus by public transport. You'll love my place because of the quiet location with the direct, beautiful view of the Hinterrhein and the mountain landscape. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with 2 kids.

Die Unterkunft liegt an erhöhter, sonniger Lage in der Gemeinde Sufers, ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem sehr schönen Sitzplatz mit Blick in die Berge und auf den See. Die Wohnung bietet Unterkunft für vier Personen, zwei im Schlafzimmer, zwei im Wohnzimmer. Im Dorf bestehen Einkaufssmöglichkeiten im Primo-Laden und in der Sennerei. Auf Wunsch kann auch das Frühstück bebucht werden, Bedingungen anfragen.
