Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Malinska

The house, the hosts and the location are simply enchanting and fantastically beautiful. We have rarely experienced such a relaxing holiday, after a week in this house the outside world seems so far away... In addition to the pool, we especially enjoyed the outdoor shower (with hot water!), showering with a view, marvellous! Everything was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen is super equipped and everything was also super clean. The sea is great for swimming and the steps down are not bad, a short walk. We are dreaming of coming back.

The place had everything we needed, plus a spacious terrace and beautiful surrounding gardens. It was very clean and thoughtfully equipped. We stayed with our little one and felt at home right away. Big kudos to Tonka and her lovely family for making our stay so comfortable – and thank you for the big bag of cherries!

We were there with our son and what can I say… We were received in a super friendly manner. Cake and juice were available in the fridge. Sanja handed us the apartment with all the trimmings and explained it to us. If we had any questions, we could contact her at any time. The grape harvest announced by Sanja was done by the family faster than the wind and provided us directly with the fresh grapes and figs. One thing we know for sure, we'll be back! The apartment has everything you need on vacation, saves you from having to bring laundry detergent, salt, etc. Sanja really has everything you need. A very welcome reception by the friendly host. Nice, little cottage with all the necessities. And left with homemade liqueur and olive oil. Recommended on behalf of us!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful and perfectly located with a supermarket right around the corner and the See just a little further. From the balcony on the upper floor we even had a lovely sea view. Sanja was very friendly and welcoming. A great experience overall!

The stay at Villa Linda was great, the accommodation is well equipped - it has everything you need and Laura even prepared a very detailed folder with tips for the island of Krk, including restaurant tips (everything we tested was actually very good!). Super organized and communication before arrival, during the stay and at departure was very easy, as Laura speaks fluent German.

The apartment and the location were great. Although you have to walk a bit, we had a nice view from the balcony to the sea. The only thing that was only OK was the kitchen equipment otherwise everything was great :) we would definitely come back!

Kakov is a superb host (co-host), professional and kind in communication. The apartment is exactly as described on the Airbnb platform. It was perfectly prepared for the new guest: clean and equipped with everything listed in the description. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the beach, in a quiet area, with a magnificent view of Kvarner. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with super-fast internet, which is great in a case you need to handle something work-related. Our stay was lovely. It was just as quiet, with a great view of the sea from the terrace, as we had imagined it based on the description. It was especially nice to just step out of the apartment and go down to the beach to swim in the clear water. The apartment is quiet and equipped with everything you might need. Vesna is an extremely friendly and helpful host. We felt very comfortable from the beginning.

Big apartment with outside area, high ceilings and spacious with very nice bedroom area and huge open space living room with kitchen. Looks great in the photos but even better in person. Ivana vas very helpful and responsive with our last minute reservation. Worth the price, definitely recommend!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tom’s and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and impeccably clean. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable living and sleeping areas, every detail has been taken care of. The little charming city of Cres is just 20min away (by car) and had everything we needed - supermarket, ATMs, great restaurants and cafes and even two real beekeeper’s shops, which we especially loved. The island itself is a true paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. One of the best beaches is just 10 minutes away and with all the singing birds and deers casually walking around the house, we felt like we were in a real wild paradise. Our dog was extremely happy too! And what truly sets this experience apart is the incredibly hospitable mother of Tom, Blazhena. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warm personality and genuine care for her guests create an unforgettable experience.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment was really beautiful, very stylish and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was very generously furnished. The terrace was really great, we just lacked loungers on this great terrace. Communication with Annabella was perfect.

We only dealt with Stjepan, Suzana's husband. Stjepan is a fantastic, warm, friendly man, a top! host. Every day we would run into each other when he was cleaning the pool. Always a chat, he speaks and understands English well We recommend this place! Everything is there! Jacuzzi, very nice with views over the town, you feel like a king and queen! An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Mira is a lovely host, who was more than happy to accommodate and help despite a language barrier. The apartment is a little tough to get to; on a steep residential street so be aware of that. However, when you reach it, you have a lovely view of the city, looking exactly like the photos, and a lovely clean apartment. Thank you Mira for a lovely stay. :)

The best part of this studio: the location!!!! close to everything, supermarket, bakery, small market, beach...with access with stairs. Very nice terrace, even if a little noisy.

They’re truly amazing people and hosts! I guess it was our best Airbnb experience ever :) (most probably we will come back to Rijeka and stay there again)✨✨

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The place was comfortable and well-equipped. Particularly impressive was the breathtaking view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even let us stay in the apartment a little longer on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place to stay – we will be happy to come back!

This was our third stay at Violeta's apartment and we will definitely be coming back next year 😊 Violeta is a lovely host, kind, always available and responsive. The apartment is the best - a peaceful neighbourhood, 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach and dog beach, gorgeous fenced yard, perfect for dogs and small children. 5 stars!

We were warmly welcomed by Fabian and his mother. Our little mouse on four paws was also welcome. The space was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful view of the sea. The apartment is well maintained and furnished in a contemporary style. The kitchen is well equipped. We got tips for excursions and restaurants in the area and a delicious jar of honey as a farewell gift. We were always helped with questions. Thank you, we had a relaxing and beautiful holiday time.
