Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

A promenade by the sea (for walking or cycling), which is 30 m from the property, leads all the way to the centre of Malinska and Porat. A beach for younger children is very close. The property is surrounded by greenery, with a barbecue and the parking in the yard. Apartment is situated on the 2nd floor with a balcony and a beautifull sea view.
