Villa vacation rentals in Mälaren

Beautiful island house in nature with large terrace, (warm) outdoor shower and outdoor toilet with water views! During the Swedish summer holidays there are numerous ferry connections and on the main island some restaurants, from mid-August at least the Coop. Unfortunately, the beach house is not part of the rental, but a nice large jetty. The house is better accessible by boat than via the forest path.

The perfect stay for our little family. Annah and Alex were extremely kind and helpful throughout our whole stay. Our kids (2 and 4) had the absolute greatest time exploring the house, grounds, animals and activities. Couldn't recommend more!

Had a nice holiday week in Caroline and Erik's house, everything matched as described and in the pictures. The landlord was easy and accommodating to communicate with, and flexible in relation to our needs for longer stays. The pool house and pool were perfect both for lazy summer days and for game nights with family. We were 6 people, and in addition to the house, the annex, which gave us plenty of space. The house was charming, tidy, and well organized. And the bookshelves had books entirely to my taste 😉 Simply a comfortable and inspiring house to vacation in 🌟

We stayed at Linnea's house for two nights. The kids enjoyed the child friendly place. The cats were lovely too!

Caroline's place is special, an old farmhouse with all the modern comforts close to both nature and city stuff. Caroline was very nice and answered all the questions swiftly and gave us tips about places nearby. It is too nice place for families with small children but ours thoroughly enjoyed staying both inside and in the yard. The owner was very kind and invited them to feed their chicken and horse. We can really recommend the place!

Four of us spent a very nice week in this wonderful house. The location right on the water is unique, well located for excursions to Stockholm or the archipelago and very quiet. The house was very clean, excellently equipped, charming and nicely decorated - it has everything you need and a lot of space. We felt immediately comfortable in it. Maria is a very friendly, uncomplicated and helpful host who always answered our questions quickly. She also gave us good restaurant tips for the area. It was really an unforgettable experience and we would come back in a moment.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor area was a real highlight, we loved the pool, it was perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to the center, with easy access via taxi or public transport. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We’ve had an amazing stay with friends and toddlers. The house was perfect for cooking and social evenings. We had bad weather which means we did not enjoy the pool as we hoped to, but luckily we enjoyed the sauna with breathtaking views. Mikael was responsive and always helpful when we had questions. Among the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had! We were ten friends celebrating a birthday, and this house was absolutely perfect for the purpose. Everything was 10/10. The houses are nice and thoughtfully decorated, and we felt at home right away. The kitchen and kitchen island became our natural hangout, where we could both cook and socialize at the same time. In addition, it was perfect sauna hanging, cooking in the outdoor kitchen, drinks in the evening sun at the pool house followed by dinner in the orangery. There was everything and a little more for an unforgettable weekend. Albin and Nina are very nice and easy to deal with. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Thank you for a fabulous stay - we will gladly come back again!

Very cozy house located right on the water. Nice area and close to Rådmansö bakery! Everything was great. The drinking water tastes a little different but just as the host recommends, you can bring your own drinking water. Will gladly be returning! 🌟

Great place to gather the whole big family. Opportunities to socialize and at the same time be able to withdraw when the house offers many relaxing places both outside and inside. Worked perfectly for all of us aged 8-78 years! Mårten is a very helpful host, we felt very welcome. Highly recommended!

Great house with spa facility in quiet residential area. View with the sunset over the Vallentuna lake. Located on the border of Täby so close to go from central Stockholm. Karolina was helpful and quickly responded when I had questions.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this house in Sigtuna, and I couldn't be more impressed! The highlight of the property is the huge back deck, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the serene surroundings. We really had a fantastic weekend in this lovely house. Well-equipped kitchen, cozy social areas both inside and out and a lovely pool! Hope to maybe come back but then with the family ☀️

After 2 weeks of traveling through Sweden, we enjoyed a week in Nynäshamn at this great villa. The decor was great and inspiring. The house is very large and each of the children had their own room. We spent most of our time on the large terrace. There is also the possibility for fitness with dumbbells :-). We received many tips from Helen and Niclas for excursions and restaurants. We recommend renting a kayak at Lövhagen for a nice tour in the archipelago. Also recommended in the Ute Express from Nynäshamn to Alö or Utö - if necessary, rent bicycles there. The house is highly recommended and we really appreciated the hospitality there.

Beautiful house, in a fabulous location. When we arrived, the house was all lit up with Christmas lights - it felt really cosy, warm and inviting. Jani was there to meet us when we got there to show us around the house and the facilities (hot tub and saunas). As we were there for Christmas, we were delighted to see the kitchen had all the pots and pans needed, plus loads of serving dishes. It was perfect! It’s a beautiful house, and one which we look forward to visiting in the summer some year to make use of the swimming pool.

I’ve always loved the homes in the Swedish countryside and staying here was exactly how I imagined it would be, I loved the homes architecture and the old out buildings with the blooming spring flowers and lilac trees and lovely views of the rolling landscape. The quirks and the charm of older homes is very appealing to me and might not be for everyone, but our family had a magical time exploring the property and being only a few minutes from the airport was a definite plus which left us enough time for preparing an amazing breakfast. I would definitely stay again and maybe in another time of the year so I could experience another season and bring the rest of my family because it is so spacious.
