Our new apartment is your perfect Spring and Summer retreat, it is near public transport and surrounded by peaceful nature and trails. We have a forest behind the house and a lake in front. Suitable for everyone who loves nature and wants to stay near the city while experiencing a stylish Swedish home with a relaxing countryside feeling.

Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

You wake up rested in the comfy queen size bed in an apartment that still smells new. You arrived last night at Arlanda airport, and after a mere 15 min drive you were there, at the apartment in the house with the big garden, at the lake Norrviken. You decide to go for a morning swim and take a walk to the closest jetty, hidden among the trees a block away. Then you head off to explore Stockholm, which is just a 25 min drive away. At night you decide to cook dinner at home and put your feet up.

Nature reserve and a swim: 150 m. City: 15-20 min

A cozy little house, 100 m from a swim in the nature reserve. 20 min to Stockholm city. Private parking space and a terrace facing south, with garden furniture and barbecue facilities under the apple trees. The house is located in a garden and has no view from the main building or neighbours. 140 cm bed + a 120 cm wide bedding sofa. New bathroom and floors down stairs (2023). 350 m to bus stop or 1 km to subway. Several sandy beaches, restaurants, golf and other activities within 1-3 km.

Imagine that after a short 15 minute drive you can be in the middle of the historic center of Stockholm, surrounded by cultural heritage, iconic buildings and a plethora of entertainment opportunities.

Ramhäll-an idyll in the countryside

Note that the longest time you can rent the apartment is 14 days. The accommodation is adapted to tourists and there is no washing machine. No laundry facilities nearby either. Newly renovated, fully equipped apartment, in an old house from 1873. 3,5 km to a little, nice beach. Good location for day trips to Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävle, the sea and ironworks villages. You can borrow a bike for free. This is the place for those who are looking for a relaxing environment in the country.

Charming newly built cottage in old style connected with our house from 1882. It has its own patio. The house is located on a hill in the very city center. 100 meters from harbour, restaurants, bus and boat communications. It is a perfect calm spot to discover the Stockholm archipelago and Stockholm city. 3 rooms, 65 sqm. Relax or let us guide you to different experiences and adventures such as boat tours, kayaking, tenting, fishing, biking, sauna, hiking etc

The tranquility of the forest

The place is very close to nature. The wild animals, access to the forest and the tranquility are fantastic. At the same time, it is only 5 minutes, so you are on the highway to Stockholm (1 hour.), Trosa (20min) or Nyköping with Skavsta airport (30min). The chance to see wildlife here is almost 100%, mostly deer. If you want to be sure to see moose, wild boar etc. we can recommend a wildlife park in Öster malma, just 20 min from here.

New studio - like a hotel room with a kitchen

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
