Old, cozy cottage in the countryside, yet close to everything

Next to Hjälstaviken's nature reserve is this cottage, which is a wing building to Husby-Sjutolft's vicarage. Parts of the house are probably from the 1700s. The house is 60 square meters with two rooms, kitchen, hall and bathroom with shower. You live next door to the host family, but have your own "backside" with a balcony down the afternoon and evening sun and views of the agricultural landscape. In the area, there are nice walking paths and trails around Hjälstaviken, at Ekolsund Castle and in the forests around. Grocery store is within 10 km.

Old charming farmhouse in quiet area where the plot adjoins the communal beach at Vängsjön in Gottrøre. In addition to swimming and fishing opportunities, you will find golf and padel only about 7 km. Outside the cabin, you will find table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Wood stove available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full with toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda and Stockholm are all within about a 40 minute drive . Easier Livs approx. 5 km away.

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently under repair. Available from May 20.

WINTER - ice-skate, cross-country ski, sauna & ice dip SPRING/AUTUMN - canoe, fish, swim, camp, forage or walk. Also known as 'The Grumpy House' due to the amount of times I've hit my head! It has a low ceiling so if you're over 170cm beware! Enjoy the silence......

Welcome to our house with large terrace in south and sea view. The house of about 65 sqm is located on Tynningö, an island near Stockholm. The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. You like to glance out of the window, over a wild meadow leading to a lake? While having some buttered toast and your freshly brewed first coffee of the day? I guess you'll like it here. The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Cabin with luxury, birdsong and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

On the property, there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.
