The house is located 5-7 minutes' walk from the train station, BZBS, OST and the city center.

A gas grill is available for our guests for exclusive use. Free parking by the house. We care about the well-being of our guests. The mountain village of Fanas, in the canton of Grisons, lies at an altitude of almost 1000 m above sea level. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.
