Very nice place and host.

It was a wonderful stay at Fausto's house. We were greeted very nicely, Fausto explained everything to us and showed us the house. It offers plenty of space, is well equipped and has an amazing view of Lake Garda. Particularly noteworthy was the cleanliness, which was remarkably good in all areas. We had a relaxing week and would always choose the house again if we are drawn back to Lake Garda.

A great place to set as base. Many restaurants and local shops within walking distance. Felt right at home, has everything you need! Thank you.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful spacious house. Clean beds, comfortable sofa and great outdoor space. The point of attention is the somewhat limited inventory: there is little kitchen inventory, no tea and towels upon arrival, no potholders, etc. Two large cooking pans, but no saucepans etc. The dishwasher didn't work but the host offered to get repaired immediately. When this did not fit in the mechanic's schedule, we got the missing items to be able to wash up ourselves and extra tea towels etc. We are positive and will definitely come back again in this beautiful area and in this house.

What a location! Malcesine has our hearts! The views are unmatched. Andrea was the perfect host and couldn’t have been more helpful. Always responsible and friendly. The apartment has the most spectacular views and the balcony is to die for. Super clean place, well kitted out kitchen, fantastic shower and bathroom. The bedroom is large. Fan, iron and hairdryer supplied which was incredibly helpful. Living room has a great tv. The walk to town is beautiful but not for the faint hearted. Would definitely recommend renting a car or bike. We used taxis which were always easy to book but not cheap, €25 each way. Very remote and peaceful. Great trip away and will definitely be returning. Would definitely recommend.

Were there for a week's vacation with a toddler. Mega property, great pool, great location. Very courteous service from the landlord (asked several times a week if everything was okay, etc.). We were allowed to enter the house earlier than check-in as we drove at night and therefore arrived early. Luca even got us a high chair. Location / garden was very private, no open gate / fence or similar. Apartment very clean and everything great, the only unusual thing at the beginning was the bathtub in the bedroom and the missing door to this room. But that didn't bother us. Parking was possible on the premises. Shops within easy reach (Aldi, Lidl, etc.) and very close to the bike path to Lake Garda. All in all a very nice vacation, with a need to repeat. Thank you.

The villa was well equipped, the garden was big and despite being in the hill the seating area was well thought through and we used it a lot. There was plenty of parking and the view from the balcony is just something else! Our two dogs loved running around the secure garden! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for piece and quiet, and don't mind walking up the hill 😁

Villa Romantica is a very nice, quietly located house that is really top equipped. We had a super nice stay (enough space for three families with five children) and if the weather had played along a little more, we could certainly have taken advantage of the amenities such as pool and lake. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities to become active (water sports, biking, climbing, hiking and much more). The communication with the owner Giuseppe and especially his local acquaintances, Francesca, who took care of the check in and everything else, worked wonderfully! Thank you for everything – we can fully recommend the place!

We had a great time at Casa Blanca. The view was beautiful, the kitchen well equipped and everything else you need for a few days of relaxation was there. We rented all four apartments for twelve of us, which offered the perfect balance between privacy and togetherness. Michael always answered questions quickly and super friendly. Our dog also liked it (but she was only allowed in the lower apartments). The garden, pool and barbecue area were great. Every evening we sat comfortably by the campfire. All around a great vacation - we will be back!☀️

Our stay at the villa was great. The views and outdoor spaces were our favorite part. While the kitchen is small, it’s very well equipped. Our family enjoyed cooking, eating our meals on the patio with the beautiful views and playing pool! The weather was unfortunately not the best during our visit, so we only got to use the swimming pool once, which was great.

A villa surrounded by greenery, with plenty of space to be in company and, at the same time, to retreat in peace. Bedrooms are spacious and bright. The only sounds you hear are those of the surrounding nature... and once you reach the veranda, you are caressed by the scents of the meadow and its flowers... we will definitely come back to stay a few more days! This was by far the best ever rental property we have stayed in! Maibrit and Hildergard made sure that every detail from the time of booking right through to the last day was handled with excellence... they are kind, caring and lovely people! The villa is spectacular, comfortable, and extremely well-equipped for cooking/eating in, it was a perfect gathering place for our family of 6. There were also areas for quiet reading, napping or just relaxing. And of course, the views are absolutely stunning!! There are also a good choice of local restaurants in the area. The road to the property is a little tricky until you get used to it, but other than that, we all agreed that we would love to return sometime in the future - given the opportunity!

Very well equipped property - inside and out - with beautiful views. Clean and spacious with a good layout - 8 of us could readily come together (socialising / meal times) or find some space (quiet time / relaxation) as required. Flexible windows and shutter options enabled good airflow, but it was hot at night with no air con. Check in was a bit of a faff - having to find the location to pick up keys and then having to find the property itself. (We didn’t help ourselves by arriving late, and the video directions were helpful.) Good selection of local restaurants - all busy - with good variety of food, and really friendly staff. Shuttle bus wasn’t worth taking (we got down to the lake and decide to go straight back to the villa!) but the driver was friendly. Any criticisms above were minor and mentioned for a complete and honest review - none would put us off considering staying again and we’d love to go back to the property & area again.

A wonderful home in a wonderful location. Plenty of things to do in less weather. Especially the ping pong table was very much loved by our family. Had a lovely stay!

Beautiful place with lake and mountain views! Quiet and peaceful, perfect for a getaway. The apartments are clean, spacious and renovated, and the kitchen is fully equipped – there is also a washer, dishwasher, iron, and dryer. A big advantage are private gardens on the ground floor and spacious balconies on the first floor. There is a shared pool and barbecue area on the property. The whole thing is definitely worth the price – I highly recommend it!

A very nice place to stay. We were already warmly welcomed and received tips for activities. If you like, you can join us for breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately, we didn't make it, but breakfast looked very delicious. The view of the lake is great and in principle it is also only a short distance. However, it is relatively steep. If you're not so good on foot, you'd better take the car. We're committed to staying again.

A perfect house for a relaxed stay nearby the Garda lake. Beaches at the lake for kids are within 5-10 minutes driving. The swimming pool is just in front of the house! And is a good size! All in all a very nice house, good location, definitely a recommendation.

Angelo is the most caring person. We've been in touch for a few months before our arrival. He worked with local internet people to get a new line installed to suit our needs. He gave us wonderful recommendations. His sister was so helpful and even lent us car seats for our kids. The view is amazing. We absolutely loved all the activities to do with kids in the area. We will be back 100%.
