The place is amazing, Anna's father was super helpful at our reception and even told us a little about the history of the place, which was a castle in the past.

Absolutely spectacular in every way! Francesca is a wonderful host and gave us lots of great recommendations for places to visit and even made us a dinner reservation at one of her favorite places in Bolzano called Bogen. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping. ‘Scent of Pines’ is definitely at the top of list of our best stays ever. We will definitely return one day. Only downside: very low ceilings, apartment not suitable for people higher than 1.80. Otherwise everything is super: spacious and clean apartment, quiet area but close to the ski resorts (15/20 min walk) and super responsive and helpful host!

Accommodation at Vita’s place was great. A spacious apartment, everything clean and tidy, a well-equipped kitchen, the bed pleasantly soft, excellent communication, beautiful surroundings, 20 minutes to the Madonna di Campiglio ski resort, and several great restaurants nearby. Cozy apartment in a quite place!

Very friendly, communicative and helpful landlords. Great apartment, exactly as described or even larger than expected. Everything perfectly clean and fully equipped. Very modern and at the same time warm and cozy. It was a great stay for four very relaxing nights. We would not change anything there and would be happy to come back at any time - thank you very much!

We spent a week there with our dog and it was a dream! The complex is very clean and really very well maintained. We felt completely comfortable, the view is a dream. Most activities require a car, but that was not a problem for us. We will be happy to come back!

We loved staying in Erika’s apartment. We immediately felt like home. The flat is exactly as in the photos, and the view to Lake Garda is incredible! Even better than in the pictures. We took our cat with us and she enjoyed looking out the many windows. One of the best places we ever stayed in! It’s definitely worth booking here.

I had a very nice stay at Elisabetta’s Lake apartment. It’s a great renovation with top level appliances and amenities. It was peaceful and very nice to sit on the veranda for coffee and meals. The electric shade came in very handy to help with the afternoon sun. The aircons were a nice addition to cool things down in the evening before bedtime. I didn’t find the temperature restricted as stated by an earlier reviewer. Shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. And the view is amazing. I would stay again and recommend it. Be prepared for the guest vetting process as it’s very onerous and via a platform external of Airbnb.

We chose the place for a few days of relaxation. Lake Tennes is super, 5 minutes' walk via a footpath (with steep stairs) directly behind the house or 3 minutes by MTB. Spent 2 days at the lake - including swimming and took a very nice MTB bike tour (Vespana Tour no. 740). Highly recommended - especially the stop at the San Pietro mountain hut. Dining options in the small village of Tenno are limited, but a few minutes by car you can reach nicer restaurants. The kitchen in the apartment is super equipped and we mostly took care of ourselves and enjoyed our food on the large terrace. Also very nice pool area - all around the grounds are much larger than you can see in the photos and in the description. We can only confirm the other positive reviews. Very nice apartment, clean and spacious and very nice hosts. There's even a way to charge the electric car right by the house.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and greeted us right in the driveway when we arrived. There was also a delicious wine as a gift. The place is beautiful with a very well-kept garden and great views of Lake Garda. The pool as well as the apartment was very clean and always tidy. Unfortunately, there were a few small (not particularly disturbing) inconveniences: the curtains were very translucent, which made it directly bright in the room in the morning & the fridge (in the same room as the bed) is quite noisy. The lake is within walking distance, as is restaurants and bars. The only thing that may differ from the Airbnb descriptions is that in reality it's two apartments that they rent out. That means you may have to share the pool with other vacationers. Overall, we are very satisfied and would love to come back anytime.

Although he was not able to see him in person, Andrea was very friendly and proactive through messages, he always asked us about our satisfaction, making himself available for any needs. It also gave us helpful directions to the surroundings. Apartment clean, comfortable and equipped with everything. Great panoramic location, maybe a little far from the lake, if what interests you is necessarily close to it. Basically, highly recommended.

Conny’s place exceeded all our expectations. The view from the balcony was magnificent and a joy to wake up to each morning. The apartment was very clean, tidy and well equipped. The swimming pool was an added bonus as we were able to cool off after each day exploring Malcesine and surrounding areas. So much to see and do. Excellent communication with Conny who kindly picked us up from the bus station and took us to her apartment to check in which we very much appreciated. We would like to return next year and would very much hope to book in at Conny’s.

We stayed with Maria Luisa for 2 days and felt very comfortable. The friendly welcome and explanations for the use of the apartment were very good despite language barriers. We could ask at any time. The apartment is very nice and clean. We found all descriptions and images to be complete. The garden and the panoramic view of the lake is fantastically beautiful. We are very happy to recommend the place. Thank you for the wonderful time we spent with you.

Mattia is a great host and responds in record time, check-in couldn't be easier and the place was easy to find thanks to his exact directions. If you have any questions or need anything, Mattia responds immediately and is always super friendly. The apartment is fantastic, impeccably clean and tidy and has everything you need; the bathroom is spacious with friendly colors and a large shower and also the kitchen offers plenty of space and is equipped with everything you need. The highlight is the small sauna, which offers relaxation after hiking, mountain biking, road biking, etc. In the village itself, there is a small Coop for basic needs and also two bars (one a little outside, but also within walking distance). There are no restaurants, but again, Mattia has recommendations in the nearest towns. We had a great stay, also our two dogs - both thumbs and four paws up for the apartment and Mattia!!!
