On the property, there are a number of buildings where the house accommodates 4 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, living room, toilet with shower and washing machine, hall and lounge room. There is also a guest house with a double bed, which gives a total of 10 beds (extra fee of SEK 300 per night for the guest house)

The house is located in the core of the island, on the edge of Smögen square, a stone's throw to the famous Smögenbryggan and saltwater swimming. Restaurants within 5 minutes and the bakery for breakfast or good buns 3 houses away. 200 meters to the jetty with shops, restaurants, ferries to Hållö and Kungshamn. ICA store 1 km away but milk & the like are available at the tobacco shop 75 meters away in the square, across from the bakery.
