Charming newly-renovated 2-room apartment of about 40 sqm in part of a house in Gamlestan, Norra Hamnen. Here you live within walking distance to swimming, restaurants and the beach promenade. Bright and fresh apartment with sea views from the kitchen and bedroom as well as a small courtyard – perfect for morning coffee. The apartment has its own entrance and is located on the upper floor. During certain periods, hosts with children live downstairs (weeks 27-32, some weekends). Everyday sounds can sometimes be heard, but we are keen that your stay be quiet and pleasant.

Our house is located on a quiet street and it is about 1.5 km down to Kungshamn center where boats go to both Smögen and Hållö. There are many nice places in the surroundings within walking distance. Silence prevails in the evening, but if you want nightlife, take a taxi boat from the city center straight up to Smögenbryggan with bustling crowds in summer and silence in winter.

Rent our brand new apartment on cozy Klevudden in Smögen. 100 meters to the cliffs and 100 meters to the jetty, our 3rd floor apartment has many beds and a large balcony with sea views. From Kleven, it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.

Close to swimming, really nice hikes, historical sites, art school, artists' collective workshop, artists' café (on weekends and every day in the summer.) Also close to famous tourist destinations such as Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Grebbestad, Fjällbacka. Lillstugan is newly built and is located next to the residential house. Quiet neighborhood, mostly seasonal residents.

Välkommen till en avkopplande semester nära hav, natur och Bohusläns rosa granitklippor. I det röda huset bor du i ett ombyggt småbåtslaboratorium med utsiktstorn. På kvällarna kan du grilla på klipporna och bada i den vedeldade badtunnan med utsikt över Brofjordens inlopp. Det är ca 15 min gång till närmsta strand och till hamnen i Skalhamn. Welcome to stay in our small cottage on the hill with a secluded location and a view of the Västerhav (North Sea). Several swimming areas within a few hundred meters. Walking distance to swimming, a gym with an indoor pool, a cafe, a pizzeria, boat and kayak rentals, an illuminated trail, etc. A half-hour walk or a short bicycle ride to Smögen and Kungshamn. Three bicycles are available to borrow.
