Only about 75 meters from the ocean and Fisketången's popular swimming area, which has a kiosk and a crab-eating pier. Our house is located on a quiet street and it is about 1.5 km down to Kungshamn center where boats go to both Smögen and Hållö. There are many nice places in the surroundings within walking distance. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor. Note: Final cleaning is not included! Towels and sheets are not included.

You live in a basement apartment and have a sheltered patio that offers a charcoal grill for pleasant dinners overlooking the cozy harbor. View also from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. You can take an evening dip from the jetties further out in the harbor or at our "own" cliff bath with evening sun on the headland. If you want bed linens/towels, text, there is an extra charge.

From Kleven, it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.

Välkommen till en avkopplande semester nära hav, natur och Bohusläns rosa granitklippor. I det röda huset bor du i ett ombyggt småbåtslaboratorium med utsiktstorn. På kvällarna kan du grilla på klipporna och bada i den vedeldade badtunnan med utsikt över Brofjordens inlopp. Det är ca 15 min gång till närmsta strand och till hamnen i Skalhamn. Walking distance to swimming, a gym with an indoor pool, a cafe, a pizzeria, boat and kayak rentals, an illuminated trail, etc. A half-hour walk or a short bicycle ride to Smögen and Kungshamn. Three bicycles are available to borrow.
