In a super fresh and newly built apartment of about 55 sqm on top of our new garage, you will find all the comforts with proximity to Bohuslän's most beautiful archipelago. In 20 minutes, you can walk down to Bastevik's modern marina with its popular pub and restaurant.

Welcome to Ulseröd, a small oasis with proximity to the sea and forest near Lysekil city center. Here you live comfortably with a fully tiled bathroom, small laundry room, modern kitchen with social areas and spacious sofa. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and a sleeping loft that is perfect for children and young people. Outside the cottage is a terrace with outdoor furniture. We hope you will enjoy your stay! Bed linens and towels are brought by the guest, or rented by us for SEK 100 per set.

Sea view in two directions, a lovely garden with hammock, barbecue and dining table. Downstairs with large living room, dining table with 10 seats and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. One bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs with 4 bedrooms.
