From the terrace, you have a beautiful sea view. If you need to work with the computer or stream movies, there is fiber with internet connection up to 250Mbit/sec completely free. AppleTV is available in the cottage.

Here you live comfortably with a fully tiled bathroom, small laundry room, modern kitchen with social areas and spacious sofa. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and a sleeping loft that is perfect for children and young people. Outside the cottage is a terrace with outdoor furniture. Welcome to a stay filled with saltwater swimming, fresh shrimp and vacation. We offer a newly built apartment of 60 sqm with a generous patio in the afternoon sun. The apartment is in a quiet area with only a few minutes' walk to the nearest swimming and restaurants, as well as the Zita boat that in the summer takes you over to Smögenbryggan and/or the Hållöexpressen that takes you to the west coast's finest swimming. All seasons have their charm ~ Fresh winds and a calm pace in autumn and winter.

Can you translate this into Swedish? Modern appartment located on Smögen with all necessary amenities as well as a fantastic view and close access to bathing areas. 2 People will live here comfortably but up to 4 people can stay here using my sofa bed.
