Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Cafés, restaurants, shops, the monastery, the train station and the bus stop to the mountain railways are within walking distance. Our 60 m² apartment has fast Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, washer/dryer as well as equipped kitchen and is accessible by elevator. An underground parking space in the same building is available on request at no charge.

In summer, spring and autumn, countless hiking trails, mountain bike tours and the nearby swimming lake in Davos Munts attract visitors. You can either spend the winter in the 10-minute ski resort "Obersaxen Mundaun", enjoy the many winter hiking trails or explore the cross-country ski trail in Degen, 8 minutes away. The spa in Vals is also only 30 minutes away by car.

It is very well served by public transport (3-minute walk to the Valbella Dorf stop) or by car (free underground parking included). A perfect getaway for every season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or vacationing in the mountains.
