We really loved getting back home, it was quiet, just like the photos and much more peaceful than the tourist areas. Tricia was the best with her recommendations and adding slight personal touches to the place. It had everything you would need, and the best part it is truly a bed and breakfast, loved meeting Tricia for breakfast and learning so much. If I visit again, which I plan to I would definitely want to stay here.

For 6 of us, it is a great place to stay. You will not have an issue at all if you have your own transportation to go around, which is what we did during the 3 nights there. We cooked dinner for all three nights for 6 of us at the house and enjoyed the view. We have already missed this house now as we are in Interlaken for another 4 nights with a different style of Airbnb. After sharing our photos and experience of the house with my sisters, they are interested in booking the same house for their future trip to Europe.

Fantastic views of lake and mountains from every room, patio and balcony. Great location/easy access to all attractions in the Berner Oberland area with all the amenities needed. Highly recommend!

This bungalow is simply an absolute gem. Every detail in this house is a testament to a lot of love and style. We felt totally comfortable and welcome right away So the hot tub was already heated and ready for us. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, everything is there. Furthermore, the comfortable sofa invites you to cozy evenings and later a very comfortable bed awaits you. Fabienne is a warm host who communicates proactively and is very generous. I'm sure we'll be back!

Our stay was amazing! The views from the house were unreal, lots of space to spread out, and so much to do in the area. Wonderful location and host. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Riad’s - easy check in, extremely clean home and a very responsive host. We really appreciated the amenities, which included a washer, dishwasher and a Dyson hairdryer among others (have to note this in particular, as many hotels have weak / inefficient hair dryers, so to have a Dyson while traveling, as at home, is a game changer). Pictures do not do the view justice - the lake and surrounding mountains make for a lovely milieu. Highly recommend & would love to return someday!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Stephen was very responsive and was quick to help us with a family emergency that we had. The accomodations of the home was exactly as desribed. The washer, dryer and all of the amenities were easy to use. We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was while still being close to restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place. Stephen was an excellent host.

The location was perfect for seeing the sites and located close to the water and metro station. The AB&B was very clean with simple yet thoughtful decor. There was helpful places to store your items with a storage shelf unit in the bedroom and several drawers on a desk. The shower pressure and temp were wonderful.

My wife and I couldn’t believe what we were seeing as we drove up —absolutely stunning views that set the perfect tone for our stay. The drive to the home alone is worth mentioning, with breathtaking scenery all along the way. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately impressed by how spotless everything was, and the view from inside the home was just as incredible. The space has a modern cabin feel that was cozy and stylish. It’s incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to truly disconnect and unwind. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained; we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and made it clear they were available if we needed anything, which made us feel even more at ease. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat with access to nature, there are some great hiking and biking trails nearby. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back! Had a wonderful stay at Pete’s place, check in was easy, the apartment was very spacious and the view was to die for!! Lovely location as well, so close to the lions monument and walking distance to everything.

We stayed here for a week in June and truly it was one of the nicest places we've stayed. The house was lovely, with so many thoughtful touches for the guests. The scenery from the garden could not be better; it was so lovely to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. The location is great - well situated to take day trips in every direction, or just hang out and spend time on the lake. While in the house/garden we felt away from everything, but it's still an easy walk into the village for shops/restaurants/train station. Dieter was super helpful, friendly, and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Corina was an amazing host. The place was very clean, spotless and very scenic with lake and mountains visible from the balcony. Great location to experience living in the Swiss countryside while still living very close to Lucerne. Corina went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay including picking and dropping us to and from the train station and finding us a replacement bag because of a broken zipper. She also provided us with great local recommendations for the region. When me and my family visit Switzerland the next time, we will definitely be staying at the same place and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone that is looking to stay here.

It was a very, very clean and tidy accommodation. I chatted a little late, but the owner kindly welcomed me. It was hard because I had a lot of luggage, but you gave me champagne and a lot of chocolate!! If the schedule had matched, it was a lodging that was so nice that I would have extended my stay. Rene’s place was a pleasant stay for our group of four. Apartment had a homelike feeling without being cluttered. Location is close to center yet very peaceful. Rene provided us Lucerne passes which gave us free access to bus which is couple of minutes walk from the place. There could be small improvements like having a clothes rack in rooms to hang the clothes and installing curtains on bathroom windows but those did not affect our stay negatively. I would definitely stay here again.

We had been looking for a modern apartment for our holiday on Lake Lucerne for a long time and then came across Roshan's great Scandinavian furnished, bright and friendly apartment. We felt very comfortable from the beginning, it has everything you need - compact, high-quality and cozy. Mattress is excellent, we slept super well. The roof terrace is beautifully located towards the forest hill and you can hear a lot of nature. That's really great. The roof in the back protects you from the sounds of the road and railway tracks by the lake. The communication was exemplary and super friendly! You can quickly walk to the lake, boat, train and in the village with baker, butcher and Lidl. Logistically top location! We highly recommend the apartment and will be happy to come back ourselves.

Loved this condo. It was spotless, easy to find and the location was excellent. It was not in the middle of town with the crowds, yet easily walkable. Loved the peace and quiet and the views were amazing. A view of Staubbach falls right in front of the kitchen windows and at night the falls are lit up and look magical. The snow capped Mountain View’s of Breithorn mountain from the deck and literally from the sofa as you are watching tv, were awe inspiring. Comfy furniture and bed and a well equipped kitchen. Lisa was great with recommendations and super responsive.

The area is really beautiful. They were two seperate rooms with a kitchen. The hosts were really friendly and also provided us with extra Ventilators due to the terrific heat. Over all, Nice stay.

The Airbnb has a spectacular location just by the lakeside and the views are incredible. The apartment is well equipped with all amenities and the kitchen has all the equipments needed to comfortably cook your own food. For self check in we had a bit of difficulty cause the mailbox was not labelled on the outside saying Romantic Lakeside Apt hence we were unsure if we were in the right place, had to open all the mailboxes and check, that wasted a bit of time. The host is quite friendly but not too quick with the responses but we did not encounter any great difficulty as such. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb, Vitznau is a very pleasant town and we really enjoyed taking the ferry to Lucerne. Overall it was a great experience, the scenic location of the apartment really makes one happy!
