Also right across from a gravel beach at the lake where you can swim/kayak/paddleboard/fish all day long! The house is equipped w/ a 2-man kayak, 2 paddleboards, pingpong, 2 large decks w/ lake-views, grill patio, & fire pit area for smores!

While The LAKE FRAME doesn’t have its own pool, a short 3-5 minute walk takes you to a lakeside oasis featuring a brand-new pickleball court, a swimming pool, and a small clubhouse. Private house just steps from the water on Beaver lake. Excellent fishing and easy assess to the water for swimming and kayaking (kayaks not provided). Two bedroom, living room with television, full kitchen and bath. Perfect get away for the weekend or a vacation in NW Arkansas. Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. Sorry, no pets due to host's pet allergy.

Timberlake Cottage. Your own little paradise just outside Eureka Springs. Small cottage on ridge above Beaver Lake 10 miles west of Eureka. Adjacent to but separate from main house which was originally built to replicate an Irish cottage. Studio style cottage includes bathroom with shower, small kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge & coffee maker. Outdoor bbq grill & seating. Private deck, secluded 6 acre setting at end of private road.
