Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Losone

Wow. One of the best air bnbs that we have ever stayed in. The place is even better than the photos. The outside space is private with an amazing view of the lake. Laglio was a perfect place for us, quiet and authentic. We took the bus and ferries to get around as we were without a car. As long as you are organised and ready for a busy bus it’s completely doable without a car. Nico’s food recommendations were all excellent. Our favourite place was the family butchers / cafe close to the apartment. We went there nearly every day for drinks, steak, meats and cheese. We also cooked some basic meals at the apartment which we recommend as it’s a lovely space. Nico and Wendy were amazing hosts, so helpful, responsive and accommodating. Thoroughly recommend this place and we are already looking at their other properties for another holiday! Book now ☺️

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

Enrico's Rustico is very tastefully decorated and in the household you will find everything you need. Very easily accessible by public transport, so we could do super nice hikes throughout the valley. Now in May, we hardly met any other hikers. There are two restaurants in the village, but no shop, so bring food if you want to spend a while in this archaic world without crowds or otherwise eat in the beautifully located restaurants. We are very pleased to have found such quiet places in Switzerland. Thanks to Enrico!

we enjoyed our stay, the Rustico is very charming and well equipped with a wonderful view over Lake Maggiore, everything was as described.

We had a very nice stay in this very charming place with its own character. The lake and mountain views from the balcony are unique. Hiking trails start right behind the house - perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The property itself is very well equipped, everything necessary was available. Also, you don't have to starve on the first day after arrival, as the pantry was still well filled with pasta, pesto, olive oil, etc. That made the arrival very pleasant. We will be happy to come back.

We were on vacation with two teenagers and enjoyed the time very much. Very spacious accommodation with a spectacular view. There was everything that made the family vacation easier. Excursions to the surrounding area are very possible because of a convenient location. Had a great time despite the rain. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Despite bad weather, we had a very relaxing week in this very idyllically located cozy house. The house is carefully renovated and tastefully decorated. The location is unique: all alone on a clearing in the forest. We will be happy to come back.

Angela is the perfect host. She welcomed us so warmly and prepared everything for us with love. She thought of everything. The rooms are large and flooded with lots of light. We had a pleasant stay at the accommodation. It is accessible by train + bus quite easily (still avoid wheeled suitcases, because there is a lot of stairs to access the accommodation). The accommodation is very beautiful, the view is great and it's clean and well-equipped. The bedding is new and comfortable. The host gives clear and helpful instructions. There is plenty to do around, with plenty of activities accessible by bus or on foot (near the Orselina cable car to Cimetta, Ascona accessible on foot by a forest path)

We enjoyed our stay with Franziska to the fullest. Such a beautiful place - a charming garden, the surroundings wonderful - what more could you ask for... we had a stopover on the way back from southern Italy with our 3 children. An exceptional place with an incredible view! This apartment is simply magical. After a day exploring the wonders around Lake Como, it was a real pleasure to return to this warm cocoon. The views are breathtaking, and the atmosphere of the place is peaceful and rejuvenating. We were welcomed with great kindness and generosity, which made our stay even more special. Honestly, we didn't want to leave! An unforgettable experience in a unique location.

This is a delightful apartment right on the lakes edge. The view in the mornings, evenings, and throughout the day are to die for. The area is lovely and quiet and restful and the perfect place away from it all. If you are interested in walking, it is a very short distance to the Greenway. If you are into dining and wining the apartment is well served with restaurants and bars a very easy walking distance away. Sala Comacina itself is a quiet town, but this is part of its charm. We would certainly come back again.

We were allowed to experience five wonderful days in the fantastic villa directly on Lake Maggiore. The villa is located below the street, so the noise from the cars can only be heard weakly (the way down with some stairs was no problem for us). We rented the apartment Limone on the 2nd floor: the apartment is very nicely decorated with a lot of taste and we found everything clean and very well prepared. The view of Lake Maggiore is fantastic! The communication and support by Sabine and Albert was very pleasant, our inquiries were answered quickly and kindly and competently. Cannero Riviera is a beautiful place that can be reached quickly on foot. We hope to spend days there again and highly recommend this place!

Words really can’t describe how beautiful this villa is. Eugenia is an incredible host, to say the absolute least. She is super helpful and on top of every thing you could ask for. Eugenia really made us feel at home and made everything so easy for us from transportation to restaurants to boats etc. I highly recommend staying here, you will NOT regret it.

We had an amazing longer weekend stay with a few friends at Andrea's place and I can only wholeheartedly recommend it!!! It has a really nice location with possibilities to explore numerous things around (by car). The kitchen was very well equipped and we were amazed at the number of available amenities. View from the balcony was simply breathtaking!!!

My only regret is that we can’t give 6 stars on the evaluation and that since we want to come back it hurts me to advertise it to others!! Frankly, a part from the place which is a little jewel, the calmness of the surroundings, the spectacular lake Como, what we appreciated the most is the kindness and proactivity of our hosts.
