Ai Ronchi Apartment

Located in a recently renovated building from an environmental point of view, that is, the hot water and heating are generated by a thermopump. Electricity is provided by the photovoltaic panels installed on the roof of the building. The apartment is comfortable, furnished in a modern style, located on the ground floor of a two-family house that overlooks the road that leads to Valle Verzasca Taking advantage of the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore.

Beautiful, former and beautifully converted laundry house in the well-kept plot of Villa Belmonte in an exclusive location. Cosy garden with sun loungers and stone table with adjoining vineyard. Fantastic views over Bellinzona to Cannobio (It), from the lake to far into the mountains. Very quiet, peaceful place, ideal for lingering and relaxing. During the winter months it can get chilly in the house as it is not winterproof insulated. (Sweaters & finches a must).

Casa Cincilla above Lake Maggiore

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

From here, in a few moments by bike, you can reach Locarno with its famous Piazza or the lakefront of Ascona, where you can enjoy aperitifs and dinners.
