An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

Apartment(2.5) on the ground floor in a house of three apartments, nice view towards the floor, Lake Maggiore and mountains. Veranda, kitchenette, 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower. NO fireplace. Shared garden and laundry room. The house, despite being surrounded by woods and vineyards, is only 2’by car (15’ on foot) from the bus stop and pizzeria, Tearoom, bar. 15’by car from the center of Bellinzona. Exit the Bellinzona-sud motorway, 5’ and 25’ walk from the train station. Great for hiking and biking.

It is located only a 10-minute walk from the Maggia River, so the location is perfect for taking a swim during the summer! My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
