What to expect: An inclusive and Private Studio for yourself with patio and BBQ. You also have access to common surroundings such as Parking, Hot Tub and large fenced backyard. Pets are welcome too for a one time $50 fee at time of booking.

Step into our relaxing shower with a built in bench for a nice hot shower after a long day and lets not forget a good night sleep in our cozy bed. We are 5 minutes from Dameron Hospital,Ports Stadium and Stockton Arena. Walking distance to the UOP and Groceries stores, restaurants and gas stations. And 2 minutes away from I-5

The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.
