I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb!, the place was spotlessly clean which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The welcome basket made the experience extra special. The attention to the detail and hospitality were top-notch. I highly recommend this place. Would definitely return!

The house was just as described, if not better. I knew we’d make extra special memories in the patio area in the back of the house and we did exactly that. I was traveling for an extra special reason, from out of state and this home provided me with comfort and peace the entire time. The green room was absolutely stunning and the natural light made me feel all the more calm. I’d stay over and over again! Thank you Steven! We loved it.

We were a party of 8, including kids. We felt just at home, the kitchen was fully loaded as well with lots of stuff, condiments, etc. Swati has been an excellent host and very responsive. Highly recommend this place and we would like to stay here again in the future.

This was our second stay in Ernesto & Judy’s AirBnb. Everything was exactly as described! Gorgeous back yard and super comfortable beds. We’ll probably book here again if given the opportunity!

I had a truly enjoyable stay! Vladi and Anita are the perfect example of what it means to be Superhosts. The unit is tucked away behind the main residence in a quiet area, and the private parking was a huge plus given the street can be a bit congested. The location is wonderful and just a short distance from a beautiful, forested park with walking and biking trails, perfect for a peaceful outdoor escape. Vladi and Anita thought of everything. From the detailed instructions provided to the thoughtful amenities, every detail was handled with such care and consideration that I never needed to reach out during my stay. They even checked in to make sure my arrival went smoothly, which I appreciated. I would definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend it to others!

Great little home base to explore the area! The back yard was absolutely wonderful and the hosts are friendly and welcoming. The room is very similar to a hotel room, which was more than adequate. The bed was extremely comfortable.

From check-in to check-out, the team they had was very helpful and responsive. They were quick to refill supplies when I ran from the length of my stay. All communication was polite and friendly. The kitchenette was a nice feature to have since I stayed for two weeks. The mini fridge was able to hold a lot. They also had a two burner stovetop which made cooking faster for a couple of meals I had. Their desk area served multiple purposes for me such as dining, grooming, gaming, and lastly, study. This quaint apartment style stay was rather easy to navigate to and from. The location is close to many restaurants and fast food, some not even a five minutes drive from the location. The nearest grocery store was just up the street, so it made running errands fairly easy. Even when I had to have a haircut from a salon, it was just right up the main street. Would definitely stay here again!

Needed a place for my brother to stay while he helped me move to town. Karl was always very responsive to questions and was flexible with a last minute change request. The place is comfortable, clean, and quiet. Exactly what we needed after a 15 hour road trip!

We had booked another AirBnB location that had at the last minute been cancelled. Fortunately, Austin's apartment actually turned out being closer to our family's Christmas festivities. He also was flexible & worked with me with a special accommodation that I had. I was able to make the trip from another state without having to be stressed out. He also replaced a coffee maker within 10 minutes of our request to him. The apartment was perfect for us! Size, cleanliness & a feeling of complete safety in the neighborhood made the trip work out beautifully for us.

Always appreciate staying at Don's place. It's easily accessible and clear instructions are given to help you not get lost. Two of the cutest cats roam the place and give you a warm welcome. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Definitely recommend this place and I'd book again.

No need to worry about Denise’s place. Everything is as described and Denise is very accommodating. Great location. Area is safest in Modesto and very close to the freeway. Thank you Denise.
