Double Room in Glasgow near SEC

JulienRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Samantha's room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and a spacious modern en-suite in a quiet appartment building. Very close to the river, on the edge of the West End (plenty of stuff to do and visit, heaps of excellent restaurants) and a 30-minute walk away from the Central Train Station, which was very convenient. Samantha herself is a very nice and friendly host, responsive and clear in her communication. We would definitely book her room again next time we're in Glasgow!

This is a super place to stay . Modern and tasteful in a beautiful historic building, right on the riverside. It is super clean, very comfortable beds, plenty big soft towels . It feels like a home from home as Anthony has put so much thought and care into making the apartment so welcoming .
The exterior of Erigmore House is shown, featuring a landscaped garden with manicured hedges and a central stone sculpture. The Victorian architecture of the building is highlighted against a backdrop of greenery and blue sky, creating a serene atmosphere.

stayed here for 2 nights and the accommodation was perfect. it was much better than it looked in the pictures. the bedroom and bathroom were a great size and the view was amazing. The area is also very quiet and lovely to explore with Oban only being a half hour drive away. Hazel was great to communicate with. I would highly recommend

Apartment the Ben. loch Lomond Apartments

JosefRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Eddi's accommodation is fantastically embedded in the landscape, absolutely quiet and with a very large outdoor aquarium, which helps the visitor to relax. It is very pleasantly warm in the accommodation and everything works perfectly. It is very pleasant that it is really a king-size bed and not the usual small Scottish king-size!!! Sauna and hot tub are of course fantastic. Communication with Eddi is very pleasant and nice when you also have personal contact. All in all: highly recommended!
The living room features two armchairs with plaid fabric, and a blue sofa with a checked cushion. A wooden coffee table sits at the center, accompanied by a bowl. Light enters through large windows dressed in blue curtains, illuminating the neutral-colored walls.

Apartment the Dumpling. Loch Lomond Apartments

ChrisRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Eddie's place is an absolute MUST for anyone looking to relax close to Loch Lomond. my partner and I picked the Dumpling apartment for it's location and amenities. we have stayed in many hotels but none can match a Hot tub, Free standing deep bath AND private sauna with robes and oils.... or the privacy of a farm/hill location (or even an 8 foot fishtank)! Eddie was a fantastic host, he was polite and made us feel at ease without being over baring. A genuinely nice guy!! our apartment had everything from a dish washer to wood burner with lots of nice little touches. The TV even spins around to the 4 post bed... absolute luxury!! The apartment was very clean and had a countryside cottage feel to it. I honestly can't fault it at all. Thanks Eddie 😊

Loch Lomond Spectacular Views Pool & Spa New Year

NicolaRating, 5 stars42 months ago
We headed to Adriana’s apartment for a week over the New Year period. The apartment is lovely, very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment is very spacious with big rooms and 3 bathrooms. Lots of space in the living area to unroll my yoga mat and look out the balcony window and straight out onto Loch Lomond and surrounding hills. Even on the dreichest of days it looked magical. The apartment is part of the Cameron House Resort. We dined in the apartment mostly but enjoyed the numerous walks around the apartment and the hotel. The Boathouse is a lovely spot for a coffee and to watch the seaplane , the annual charity waterski took place on the 1st and we enjoyed watching this , the 1st was a an unexpected spring like day. Warm, bluebird skies and sunny. Staying at the apartment allows guests to use the pool facilities at the hotel and the Carrick spa. We only used the latter. Having been lucky enough to have visited many 5* hotels with spas - I would hand on my heart put this one as my favourite. I loved it so much i used it twice a day. Once at 9am and again around 3pm. There is so much to do. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, aroma room, chill out room, thermal experience, roof top jacuzzi , infra red room, chill out zones… and on & on. Just perfect and was the highlight of the trip for me. I understand that Adriana uses these weeks usually for herself and family. We felt extremely lucky that she opened up this week and we were able to go. Will be keeping our eyes on this listing for next year !

Garden apartment in family home w outdoor sauna

DavidRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This is a gem of an Airbnb, which suited us down to the ground not only because it was close to family but on account of its relative seclusion (despite which, the centre of Glasgow is within easy reach). It's an amazingly peaceful property to the rear of and beneath the hosts' home, opening out onto a garden that resembles a small nature reserve: it is truly lovely. The hosts themselves kind, considerate and responsive. All in all, no guest could ask for more. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay for longer and we recommend this property wholeheartedly.
An ancient stone archway adorned with decorative towers marks the entrance to a scenic pathway. Lush greenery and blooming flowers line the sides, leading toward a tranquil body of water in the background, illuminated by soft sunlight.

The views over the Loch are stunning and area is incredible peaceful and relaxing. Oban is 25 minutes away and this was a great base for us to explore that area and the nearby islands. Thanks for a brilliant stay!

Morenish Mews (Killin Cottage)

NiallRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Great location with wonderful views and outside space, lots of wildlife around, well-placed as a base to to explore the southern highlands. If you're keen to climb Ben Lawers directly from the property, there is apparently a route/path that can be picked up from directly opposite the property. We didn't find it and had a bit of an adventure, but if you can deal with walking along the A827 there is a more sensible route to/from the NTS car park via the nature reserve - Strava heatmap to the rescue! We found the property to be very usable - good cooking facilities (you might want to bring a few of your favourite implements) but the cooker and oven are modern and clean. Good shower, comfy bed and sofa, useful storage space in the kitchen. Perhaps not the last word in modern décor if that's important to you, but all clean and in good condition. Definitely a place to visit by car - don't miss the nearby farm shop at Tombreck on your travels, and it's worth braving the road to Glen Lyon.

We loved the house and Drymen. The added bonus of the use of the pool, sauna and jacuzzi was brilliant. The house was comfortable and homely. Drymen was a lovely little village with lovely pubs, cafes and walks. Along the road there was a beautiful view out over Loch Lomond. I would really recommend. Jim was super helpful and let us in a little bit early, thank you so much.

Blar Cottage (Private Sauna + Fast Starlink Wifi)

ScottRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Stunning Location, very peaceful & the scenery was amazing!! The upside down living area & external balcony made a great vantage point to take in the wonderful views & we particularly enjoyed watching the night skies arrive with a drink in the hot tub at the end of the day ;-) There is a "very" small bar at the top of the road, 10 minute walk, open from 6pm & the people we met could not have been more welcoming! One small point, the area directly behind the house is grazing land so whilst this is fantastic to look at you will have to be mindful of this when arriving with pets. However, we were able to take our small dog out for a quick walk first thing & again last thing at night with no issues at all. Would definitely stay again!!

Room 420/1

DeniseRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Kamil, was a fantastic host. As I was his first long stay rental he outlined his rules. Respect to privacy but also sociable and volunteered to take me with him when he did grocery shopping or going for take out meals. His place felt like a second home, and asked me before going into the room I rented if he had to access items stored there. The keyless door lock and outdoor camera made me feel secure. With the kitchen I had my own cupboard space as well as space in the fridge and freezer for my food, as well as instructed me in the use of the cooker and washing machine ( different from Canada).

Modern 5 bedroom house with fire place & sauna.

JohannaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Ashleigh’s house was perfect for our group. We were two families with 5 kids. The house is set up wonderfully for children. And the adults had plenty of our own space to visit in peace. The walk to and from the train station is very manageable down a little canal path, and there’s a playground on the way. Beds are comfortable and the house is full of amenities. Plus, Ashleigh is a great host and goes the extra mile with her welcome gifts and kindness.
