Short Term Let Licence No ST00306F A former blacksmiths workshop lovingly modernised to provide a bright and comfortable cottage. Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Linens are provided for your stay. From 01.09.25 we have a new hot tub and sauna available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

Buzzard is a cosy, dog-friendly barn conversion with original stone walls, a wood-fired hot tub, and beautiful views from the farm of the Menteith hills and the lake of Menteith. Scottish accents and soft furnishings make your Trossachs stay even more special. Ideal for families or friends to unwind after hiking, cycling, or exploring. The wood-burning stove sets a perfect cosy atmosphere. The hot tub is available until the December 31st 2025 and then we'll take a hot tub break in 2026.
