We had a very delightful and relaxing stay at Hannes’s beautiful home overlooking gorgeous Lago Maggiore. Swimming in their pool was a definite highlight and was a refreshing treat during the hot days. The home is very well-appointed and comfortable. The gracious outdoor seating and mature plantings were lovely. Hannes and his family left very clear and friendly instructions about our stay and info about the surrounding area. Everything was thought out very well. Everyone we encountered in the surrounding towns was warm and welcoming. The nature is breathtaking. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us. We had an uplifting and joyous visit! It’s a special place and clearly a lovely family!

There were seven of us at Nicolas' place over a weekend. This place met our expectations. The pool and barbecue facilities were wonderful. Communication with Nicola was flawless, quick and straightforward. Check-in and check-out were also great. Kind regards

We spent very nice and relaxing days in Casa Medusa. Hostess Giada was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was very clean, the decor very nice and you felt very comfortable very quickly. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

Access on the day of arrival was super uncomplicated and very easy. Then take the elevator directly to the terrace and therefore absolutely no tinkering when lugging suitcases. The view is out of this world! Such a panoramic view is very rare on Lake Maggiore. That alone is worth the money! The place was very clean, from linens, kitchen to bathrooms, all tiptpop! A heated pool with also fantastic views of the Lago and Isola Brissago... Just a dream... We will definitely be back....

Great place with enchanting views. Beautiful pool and absolutely homely pergola and BBQ. Beds are fresh and comfortable. Clean and tidy. Even has games on site in case it rains or is cold.

A well hidden gem in the mountains, this historic rustico that is so beautifully located and attractively decorated. Upon arrival, we felt right at home, and every day we enjoyed the various hangouts and views, and the beautiful trips that can be made from the house. Armin was quick to respond, had good tips and is very welcoming. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of this place for four days. Everything spotless - and with all amenities. House sits in a private park with a couple of other houses. True paradise - we would love to come again. You can walk down to the lago - though ended up taking the car most of the time to get to restaurants. A couple of very nice ones in the area - Riva/Shaka (beach club vibe), Osteria Vairano (magnificent view), Rodolfo (excellent local cuisine)

Everything was super nice and Guilio was more than friendly. The apartment was very lovingly furnished and for us as guests there was a fresh bouquet of flowers, a welcome champagne and delicious wild strawberries in the garden.

Our stay at Sergio and Nadia's place was great. It is such a beautiful location. The weather was not cooperative while we were there, but they came to the rescue and gave us plenty of good recommendations to help us make the most out of our trip.

Our stay here in Maggia wonderful! Everything you need is close to the house, (even a short hike to a gorgeous waterfall!) The house was really comfortable and easy to access. We recommend it and look forward to visiting again!

Our 2 dogs loved the beautifully maintained lawn, which is fully fenced. Idyllically quiet and private, we liked that very much. Ideally located for hiking and the bus station is also very close. There is nothing missing in the house.

We were in Locarno for a women's weekend and are thrilled with our stay. The house was very clean, perfectly equipped, we felt very comfortable. With two seats you always have sun if you want. The location is great, quiet but very close (on foot) to Piazza Grande, the Lido, the lake and the public transport stops. The hostess was very nice, flexible, and you can feel that this house is a matter of heart. We will be happy to come back! 🩷

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful rustico! The host was super friendly, helpful and always available – simply great! The accommodation is lovingly furnished and is surrounded by nature, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet and wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. For nature lovers, it is a true paradise – wake up in the morning with birdsong and enjoy the starry sky in the evening. The Rustico is also ideal for families.

We were two families with a total of four children: The accommodation was a great fit.

Vittoria welcomed us in a very friendly way. A wonderful separate cottage, with a beautiful shady pergola and a beautiful view of the Ticino mountains. Everything was very clean. Practical and cozy. Because it was very hot, Vittoria even brought us a fan. We really enjoyed our vacation in the Maggiatal.

Great apartment in the center of Locarno, everything easily accessible on foot. Not far from the Locarno-Muralto train station. Eloisa is a great cooperative and nice hostess. If something is wrong, you can contact her, she responds immediately. Feel free to come back at any time.

Our stay at Carolina's Rustico was beautiful! The cottage was very clean and cozy, and communication with Carolina went smoothly at all times. If you're looking for a break from everyday life, Mergoscia is the place to be. The village is secluded – about 20 minutes drive separate one from “civilization” – but that's what makes the charm of this place. Nature is breathtaking, the views spectacular: right from the house you can see the famous 007 dam. A highlight in itself is also the bus ride to Locarno – a little thrill adventure that you won't forget. You inevitably wonder if the bus drivers have a pilot license. The people in the village are incredibly friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant. We will be happy to come back!

Everything is fine as described and in the photos. Best to reach in 10 minutes from the bus station. Beautiful historic building with stylish décor.

Helen’s home was one of our favorite homes we’ve stayed at- the historical aspect, renovated within keeping the classic style along with modern conveniences was truly unique and made for an amazing stay. Helen also gave us quite a few recommendations of things to do while we were in the area which added to our enjoyment of Locarno/Ascona/Lugano. Truly a great experience and I give my highest recommendation for her home.
