From the house you have a fantastic view towards Locarno/Ascona over Lake Maggiore. The house, newly renovated and in a quiet location, has a large garden on several levels, a pergola and various seating areas. A wonderful pool is available for shared use with the host family. Parking is available, but also easily accessible by public transport, next bus stop 10min walk. It is an excellent starting point for wonderful hikes and excursions into the Verzasca Valley.

In the cozy Garden Suite with about 40 m², you will feel at home as a guest. You sleep in a comfortable box spring bed (160 x 200 cm). The suite has a well-equipped kitchenette with a coffee machine. The bathroom has a rainshower. The covered outdoor seating areas merge seamlessly into the approx. 60 m² lawn area. At the seating area in the outdoor area or on the 2 sun loungers you can enjoy the wonderful nature and the La Gioia feeling with all-round lake views.

The approx. 70 m² Grand Suite with air conditioning pampers our guests with a large living room with TV and sound system. The bedroom has a fantastic box spring bed (200 x 200 cm). A high-quality Gaggenau kitchen with a spacious dining area with a coffee machine. The Grand Suite also includes 2 bathrooms with toilet. The private terrace offers 2 sun loungers, a table with 3 seats and a spectacular panoramic lake view. More loungers are located by the pool.
