The listing is located in a fairly central area and close to the sea. In fact, you can easily reach both destinations on foot. Also a few minutes away you will find the "Venezia" district where you can enjoy typical restaurants and taste all the specialties of Tuscan cuisine. In a beautiful location overlooking the Terrazza Mascagni, Stefano's accommodation exactly matches the photos seen on the site. Comfortable, clean and convenient to add the center and the beaches. I recommend changing the coffee machine (impossible to open) and adding a few more coffee pods. Otherwise, they were wonderful. We'll be back.

Luana and Antonio are very friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts. From booking to check-in, the very fast communication, a successful vacation. Luana and Antonio are definitely recommended as hosts. All you can say about the apartment is that it is very clean and well equipped. There's nothing missing. We enjoyed it very much. Everything is within walking distance. Shopping, restaurants, bars, quiet places as well as those where life pulsates. Luana and Antonio = 10/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you so much for your hospitality. 😊😁
