The historic center is only 3 km away. My house is therefore a great starting point for visiting nearby cities such as Prato, Florence and Lucca.

Collina Power

Collina is an ancient stone farmhouse, the house is surrounded by fields and olive groves. It has a large garden with swimming pool and a terrace where you can have pleasant lunches and dinners. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. The road to get to the house in the last stretch is not paved and is therefore not suitable for sports cars or particularly low ones. The route lends itself to pleasant walks during the day, while at night we recommend using a car because it is not lit.

Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. Cozy and relaxing apartment, very quiet area. Cross the main road and you're on the Livorno waterfront. We are on the third floor with an elevator. Convenient for parking your car, there is also indoor parking (not large), minutes away from the city center. Large terrace with table and chairs. The apartment is very bright and refurbished as of March 2024, linens, dishes, pots, table and chairs all new. If necessary, a 60x120 crib is available.

Carla's house is 100 sq.m with two big bedrooms, a bathroom, a nice and brilliant living room and a built-in kitchen. It's situated in Livorno a short walk from the city center and the seafront. The neighborhood is very vibrant and comfotable with two supermarket nearby, lounge bars,restaurants and two public parks equipped, ideal for childrends. In Carla's house there is also the possibility to have an italian dinner or lunch on request.
