Very well-kept property with attention to detail! In addition to the full cleaning. The directions were clear and the location is good for getting around by car between Liguria and Tuscany. Street parking in front of the entrance gate, quiet area with the charm of the river. The description of the structure is accurate, so the only thing I would point out is that it may not be too suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs, as it is arranged on three levels.

Absolutely loved our stay at Tomasso Holiday House – a hidden gem in every sense of the word! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the privacy and tranquility of the location. It felt like our own peaceful retreat, tucked away in the hills, yet fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The amenities were top-notch – a perfectly stocked kitchen, cozy living spaces, comfortable beds, and little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Getting there was half the fun – the windy roads leading up to the house were scenic and added to the sense of adventure. We actually looked forward to each drive, with sweeping views and a real feeling of escape from the everyday. Tomasso Holiday House is the kind of place you dream about coming back to. It offers the perfect blend of seclusion, comfort, and charm. 10/10 – would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful place to either lay back and enjoy the picturesque-postcard view from the comfort of your front yard or the pool (which was refreshingly cool in June), or to go further explore Tuscany locations within reach. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could ask for, ie a quiet and air conditioned bedroom, kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and a wood fired bbq and a jacuzzi + comfy seating outside. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, max 10 minutes. Andrea is a fantastic host who clearly cares about providing the best possible stay for her guests, which she did. Whenever we return to Tuscany, we will definitely make sure to stay here at Palaia again.

Two days of relaxation and peace. Beautiful place. House equipped with everything. Small apartment but at the same time, spacious. The bed is very comfortable. Beautiful area for walks. Obviously, to get to the sea you need a car. The only flaw, if you have a big car, is that you can't get directly in front of the house because the road is narrow. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sandro and his lovely wife again for the warm welcome! We had a wonderful time in her house! The owners are very friendly and were flexible, despite our last-minute booking. We were greeted personally and said goodbye personally. The two are great landlords! I have 3 large dogs (2 Weimaraners, 1 livestock guardian dog) and it was absolutely no problem to bring them. Of course, my dogs are also well-behaved :) but often in the past I had to experience that other landlords only accept 1 dog or small dogs - here it was absolutely no problem and no prejudice, as often happens to me! I highly recommend this place!!!! The house is very clean & nicely furnished. Thank you very much :) we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home! The area is very quiet and the property is completely fenced, which makes it ideal for our dog. The house is perfectly equipped and very clean. We loved spending evenings on the spacious terrace and in the lounge. The free charging station for our electric car was a really generous and practical extra. Francesco and his family were incredibly attentive and friendly. You can immediately feel the warm atmosphere and your hospitality. I highly recommend your home and you as a Host. Our rescue in an emergency! ❤️ After we had to cancel an Airbnb stay at short notice due to the circumstances, Alessia took us in with our children and dog at a late hour after 10 PM. A complete transaction within an hour! Arrived with a funny feeling whether everything would be okay and 5 minutes later felt at home❤️! Everything is nice and modern with a rustic touch, very clean and always ready to help with any questions. There was also a play paradise for our almost 2-year-old, he was unmanageable. 😄 The property is in a secluded location in a fantastic environment with wonderful sunsets. Wonderful place!!! An accommodation that seems to come out of a storybook. Many details that make the comfort and affection of Elba and Fabrizio to their land. From the attentions upon arrival, the aromatics for the use of the passengers, an impeccable pool and all the garden and children's games. A wonderful way to get to know Tuscany. Clara was responsive and helpful. She was there to meet us and help us with parking and walked us through the entire house. She was wonderful. The space was perfect with a wonderful patio. Totally would recommend.

Very beautiful apartment, nicely furnished with a very large terrace with jacuzzi and possibility to sit in shade. Great for cooling off after day trips. It was lovely to stay there. Bakery, vegetable shops and a few small supermarkets nearby and old town of Lucca within walking distance. Nice shower and good bed. Great air conditioning. Free parking a few hundred meters away and in front of the door also possible at a cost.

We returned to Casa Levante for the second time and it was a guarantee! Federica was very kind and helpful as always and the house was equipped with everything you need and even more, books for the little ones, games for the beach, in short, anything! We found cleanliness and order and in the kitchen every necessary comfort (coffee pods, oil, salt, sugar, tablets for the dishwasher... even rubber plates for our children!) If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, Casa Levante would deserve them all, a guarantee!

Lisa turned out to be a great host: always available and ready to provide tips on activities to do nearby. If you're looking for a place to relax and rejuvenate, this is undoubtedly the ideal place. God is in the details. Il Grande Prato is a wonderful place that offers you al the comfort you wish : a huge domain with several nice spots to sit, chill and enjoy the great views. The garden, the cottages, the pool, everything is well done with an eye for the details. Giulia and her people are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease the whole time. Also the dinners we've enjoyed in this unique setting were fantastic.

A little slice of heaven in the middle of the woods. The wonderful cottage, the large and equipped garden, perfect for both humans and dogs, surrounded by peace and quiet. Silvia is always available for any questions. It was a 3-day rejuvenation. Everything was perfect!

Check-in was very chilled and spontaneous. Great to reach and a really likeable guy. We were there with our motorcycles and Ricardo took great care to make sure everything is safe and even brought tools over a small breakdown. The house in itself was rustic but very appropriately furnished. There was everything from pots and pans to sheets and towels. It is and remains a small, rustic cottage in Tuscany. What more could you ask for? Our troupe would come back any time. Thank you for the nice stay!

A small chalet and its garden with swimming pool ideally located in the heart of Tuscany, the cities of Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca are more or less 1 hour away. Nicoletta and her father gave us a very warm welcome! They are adorable and very attentive, if you need anything they respond very quickly! the pool is maintained every day and therefore of absolute cleanliness, what a joy to be able to relax there after a day of visiting in the Tuscany heat, then enjoy your dinner on the terrace overlooking the beautiful daily sunsets! the cottage is clean and contains everything you need (if I want to chip it would be missing a few small things in the kitchen with a few extra cutlery and a bowl or two for example, but it would just pass from something very nice to great, so it's really if we are looking for the little beast) and the air conditioning is very nice. Thank you for this beautiful stay!

We have enjoyed our stay in Benabbio for 2 weeks. We came for peace and good weather and we got it. The cottage was perfect: it was very private, the view was beautiful, the garden colorful and has several places to spend time outside, so we went out quite a bit because it was so good. It was a nice contact with Luca, who will be ready if necessary and give tips. Recommend!

We stayed here two nights, we were 7 people in total + 5 dogs. The house is very welcoming and even if it's a little small for seven people, we didn't have any space problems. The house is beautiful even if with a lot of dust, I had a little allergy but it is a risk that I took as Silvia had made it clear from the beginning. Beautiful garden, with the perfect barbecue area. Our dogs had a great time. I recommend everyone to stay here, it's worth it!
