Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Livorno

My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad op een mooie locatie. De familie is erg aardig, de kinderen zijn lief, goeie tips gehad van Tessa, alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig en schoon.

Wie auch die anderen Gäste waren wir rundum zufrieden und wurden unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Es ist eine ganz wundervolle Familie. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden was man zum gut leben und für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen bekommen und uns total wohl gefühlt. Francesco ist ein sehr charmanter, hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, mit dem wir nette Gespräche hatten. Ganz besonders toll fanden wir die Fürsorge für Kinder. Unser Kind liebte die bereit gestellten Spielzeuge, den grossen Garten und die Katzen. Ganz klare Empfehlung.

Hier ist die überarbeitete Version mit dem Zusatz zur Umgebung und dem Wunsch, wiederzukommen: ⸻ Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen, idyllischen Gegend und ist perfekt, um abzuschalten und zu entspannen. Das Haus war sauber und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Ilaria war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert – alles hat super geklappt. Das Highlight ist der große, sehr gepflegte Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Pflanzen – ein richtig schönes, grünes Paradies. Der Pool macht das Ganze noch besser. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Lage und insbesondere die Aussicht ist einzigartig. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und bietet viele verschiedene Sitz- und Liegemöglichleiten. Das Bett, die Matratze und die Kopfkissen sind hochwertig und bequem. Die Küche ist sehr groß, ist einfach ausgestattet und biete alles, um umfangreich kochen zu können. Das Haus ist nicht barrierefrei, sowohl im Haus, als auch um das Haus herum sind viele verwinkelte Stufen. Das WLAN ist sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Guidos Unterkunft in Vinci ist wunderschön. Alles war makellos sauber und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Whirlpool war toll zum Entspannen. Das Bad ist groß und sowohl Bad als auch Küche sind perfekt ausgestattet. Einen Holzkohlegrill gibt es auch im Garten. Der Garten bietet abgesehen von der Toreinfahrt viel Privatsphäre. Auf dem Grundstück lebt eine liebe Katze, die wir vermissen werden. Ohne Auto würden wir die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen, aber sie ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um umliegende toskanische Städte mit dem Auto zu besuchen. Guido hat uns beim Check In in Empfang genommen und war insgesamt ein toller Host, die Kommunikation lief wunderbar. Insgesamt war es eines der besten AirBnBs in dem wir je gewohnt haben! The apartment is amazing! Very well maintained, nicely furnished and clean. A quiet and ideal location within walking distance to the sea, plentiful street parking including their private parking which was made available to us. A lovely nearby store for the morning cappuccino and pastry, a close by supermarket and don’t forget to try the Stuzzicheria di Mare ristorante in town! Lorenzo was friendly, gracious, an excellent communicator and very helpful to accommodate our requests. We highly recommend! 5 Stars!

Superbe appartement très fonctionnel situé dans un quartier résidentiel à quelques minutes à pied des commerces de proximité et de restaurants. Les belles plages libres sauvages le long de la pinède de Marina di Cecina sont accessibles en voiture en 10 minutes. Nous avons été gentillement accueillis par les parents de Marco et celui-ci a été extrêmement disponible et réactif lors de notre séjour. Une adresse que nous retenons dans nos favorites et recommandons sans hésitation.

We had a very relaxing week at Franco’s property. The place was well appointed including the full kitchen and we really enjoyed sitting outside with a glass of wine looking over the beautiful countryside. A perfect retreat. Highly recommended

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 7 notti. La vista è spettacolare, affacciata sulla campagna toscana e con un piccolo giardino ideale per fare colazione o rilassarsi. Dentro c'è anche lo spazio per la macchina per cui è veramente comodo. L'abitazione impeccabile in termine di pulizia e veramente con tantissimi utensili per utilizzare la cucina. Alberto è stato veramente molto gentile e accogliente e se avete bisogno di lui risponde subito. Questa meta è ideale per visitare tutti i borghi e le città in campagna e il ristorante vicino è divino. Rapporto qualità prezzo per noi impareggiabile.

We had a wonderful stay at Emily's place, it is so sweet and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub is an amazing addition and the terrace is huge and great for having a drink before heading into town. It's a very short walk away from the city walls and is in a perfect location just 10 minutes from all the restaurants and bars. This is a gem!

Wir haben unsere 4 Wochen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen ruhigen Unterkunft sehr genossen. Der Außen- und Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt. Sollten im zweiten Appartement Gäste sein, kann man sich dennoch sehr gut zurück ziehen und die Stille genießen. Für Kinder gibt es genügend Spielgeräte die mit genutzt werden können. Wir wurden von Laura herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist einfach fantastisch und extrem sauber. Egal welche Fragen wir hatten, sie wurden von Laura zeitnah und liebevoll beantwortet. Man kann mit dem Fahrrad schön auf dem Radweg bis ans Meer fahren. Es gibt in der Umgebung tolle Restaurants und wir haben auch von Laura wertvolle Tipps erhalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank, für alles.

Giulia was really responsive and gave clear instructions. The Airbnb was lovely, very clean and we settled in very quickly! Would definitely stay here again if we return to Pisa!

It’s just not possible to accurately state in an Airbnb review how otherworldly this place is— this home and its location and community (Mony and The Top Bar!!!) were unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. We will D R E A M of coming back someday! We’ve been traveling Europe with our three children for the past three months and this was my favorite Airbnb out of all we’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian village getaway — this is it. Please don’t miss your opportunity!

Pietro ist immer sehr hilfreich und gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr authentisch, gut ausgestattet und auch mit guten nützlichen Dingen ausgestattet. Meine Söhne und ich sind begeistert, die Stadt , der Bahnhof, sogar der Flughafen fussläufig gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Mille Grazie!

All was perfect! What I liked the most was the location. Close to the city center and the sea. You can arrive in some minutes by walk. Inside of the house was modern and clean. We enjoyed a lot!

We had a quick stop in Pisa so Pauline’s place was perfect. Good walk from train station and to the Tower. Pizzeria just across from the outside door was spectacular. Very friendly and close when you are just beat from a day of travel. Pauline’s apartment was clean and ready for us. AC was great for the little heat wave we had. Slept great. Really cute home. Close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Restaurants and bakeries close by. Loved it.

We've stayed in many nice AirBnbs, but few have truly made us feel as comfortable and at home as this place did. Very easy walk to the main piazza with shopping and cafes. 6 min walk from a lovely park with a weekly farmer's market. Food and coffee on the same block, and near a large grocery store. Nice desk/work space, good air conditioning. One thing to note is you have to climb four flights of stairs and there's no elevator. Also, the couch is small for 2 people. Still, we would stay here again.

Super schöne Wohnung. Alles was man benötigt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Es gab Willkommensgetränke, Kleinigkeiten zu Essen wie Nudeln, Basilikum, Tomaten, Cornflakes für die Kinder, Gewürze, Kaffee etc. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt sogar gab es einen Handstaubsauger. Die Lage war top es gab eine Möglichkeit das Auto kostenlos an der Straße anzustellen. Wir waren selten in so einer gut ausgestatteten Wohnung.
